Gorgeous Double-Slip New Dock - Quiet Cove - Fire Pit & Screened Porch

The new 2-slip dock is all yours to enjoy!

This home, nestled in the woods, is located in a quiet, rural cover. Perfect for friends and family of all ages and their four-legged pals.

Pet friendly! We do welcome pets with a flat fee of $25 per pet/per stay. Strict 3-dog limit.

One-week minimum over July 4th

A gentle slope takes you down to the dock and shallow kids’ play area. We are also very close to the big water if you bring your own boat or Jet ski.

Swim in our cove, fish off the dock, moor your boat or jet ski on our dock or just enjoy a meal or drinks on the screened porch. Two-person kayak provided for your enjoyment!

All the bedrooms can be closed off for privacy and kids’ earlier bedtimes. The cabin comfortably sleeps 8 (1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 bunk beds).

We are approximately 1 hour & 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta, 1 hour from Greenville and 1 hour from Clemson.

The outdoor area includes Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and charcoal grill.

The cabin is five minutes by car from Carter's Ferry Boat Ramp, 10 miles (20 minutes) to historic downtown Hartwell, and 9 miles to Hartwell Marina.

The house had a beautiful layout with a kitchen big enough for any chef plus plenty of room to eat too. The bedroom lay outs are perfect and there is great hot water for your showers. This is a nice quiet area to get away from all the hustle and bustle of daily life.This was a nice vacation home and we will return for another vacation in the future.

We had a fabulous stay in the cottage in the woods! The home was comfortable and easy to “live” in. We had everything we needed, but don’t forget to bring all essentials for the bathroom, these are not provided. Everything was clean and the open floor plan was awesome for hanging out and visiting with everyone. The screened in porch was perfect for sitting and reading (or napping) and the lake area was beautiful and open and perfect for swimming or chilling out on the dock. Our two little Chiweenies also enjoyed their stay! We will most definitely stay again!

Quiet and relaxing

Great lake house with plenty of space. Easy walk to dock. Really quiet but not far to paddle out to main lake. Very comfortable. Screened porch is awesome at night. About 20 min drive to main town and stores. Would stay again.

Quiet Lakefront Retreat in Hartwell

Very nice cabin. Beds were comfy. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it overnight for 2 nights. Great stay!

Nice and quiet secluded lake cabin

Very nice, quiet and cozy lake house! Well stocked. Nice covered dock great for swimming and fishing. Love that this cabin is pet friendly!
