Our beach house (Site T-31, Tern Drive) is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Resort, a fabulous family friendly community with one mile of beautiful beach and numerous amenities including a Water Park, Swimming Pools, Mini-Golf, Game Center, Basketball, Volleyball, Playgrounds, Skate Park, Eight Freshwater Lakes and 24 Hour Gated Security Patrol. Ocean Lakes was named ARVC's 2022 Mega Park of the Year! Please read the entire description below before making a Request to Book.

Our beautiful two-story home features everything to make your vacation enjoyable. It features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and all the cook ware you may require. The living area features hard wood floors with a family room and eat in kitchen. There is cable TV with expanded channels as well as internet access for our guests. In addition, the lower level carport area contains patio furniture, a TV, outdoor shower and a charcoal grill. Newly added is a 36" Blackstone griddle and tools for those who love to cook outside! A washer and dryer is provided to make your vacation complete. BED AND BATH LINENS FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR CLEANING FEE!!

Once you park your car under the beach house, the friendly community of Ocean Lakes will surround you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach, or chose to enjoy the many recreational activities available with in the Ocean Lakes community. In addition there are many nearby attractions located in and around Myrtle Beach which you are sure to enjoy! Just move in, unpack and unwind!

NOTEWORTHY INFORMATION:

1. This house is NON-SMOKING and DOES NOT ALLOW PETS.
2. Minimum age to rent is 30
3. There is NO GOLF CART included in this rental.
4. Motorcycles are not allowed to be driven in Ocean Lakes but may be placed in the overflow lots.
5. Only three vehicles may be parked at the house under the carport.
6. Summer rentals are SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY.
7. There is a security camera on the premises for your safety and ours.
8. Parking passes are required and will be issued by Ocean Lakes directly to our guests. The fee to park is $12 per day per vehicle if the passes are obtained in advance of your stay.
9. Should you have any questions please use the CONTACT HOST function before utilizing the REQUEST TO BOOK function. When reaching out to us, please tell us a little bit about your family and your trip. This is the only communication we are allowed to have with prospective guests through Vrbo until a Reservation Request is accepted. Thank you for your understanding and Happy Booking!

BEDROOM#1: Master bedroom is located on the first floor. It includes a King bed and full bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

BEDROOM#2. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #3.

BEDROOM#3. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #2.

BEDROOM#4. Is located on the second floor and contains a Queen bed. It shares a full sized bathroom (tub/shower) with Bedroom #5.

BEDROOM#5. Is located on the second floor and contains two Twin beds. It shares a full sized (tub/shower) bathroom with Bedroom #4.

Awesome Vacation

Ocean Lakes is one of my family’s favorite vacation spots. Always a great time! Couldn’t ask for better experience with home owner that we rented from. I would rent from this homeowner again.

Awesome vacation home

We loved staying at Lori & Dans vacation home. The location was great for us, quiet and convenient location. The home was set up perfect for 3 families to move around in easy and even though it was July the home stayed cool. Great communication with the owners and we really had no issues. The golf carts are now regular plug ins so no more looking for those BIG plugs. If I had to suggest anything it would be to find a way for a small pantry to be built in for food storage. But we made it work. Thank you !!

Beach house at Ocean Lakes

This beach house is lovely! Living room, kitchen & nook are laid out together-very compact, so the open concept was good. Were 6 of us. Quality appliances. Did move dishes around to find space to put things away. There's a ton of dishware and pots & pans & utensils! Host incl. hand soap/dishwashing liq. The king master suite on the first floor is huge with a large dresser/mirror. The master bath includes two sinks with framed mirrors, a jacuzzi, a shower and a walk-in closet. Countertops were granite and all the fixtures of excellent quality and design. The house has nice daylight, large windows. Before the sun got too hot, we enjoyed the large front porch with a table and a couple chaises. Gorgeous glass beveled front door. Throughout are hardwood floors that complement the upscale feel of this beach house. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 3 queen &1 with 2 twins. They're Jack & Jill designed, with a shared full bathroom btwn each two rooms. The Jack & Jill bath/bedrooms on the back side are small, smaller than the Jack & Jill bedrooms in the front. At least one of each pair of rooms has a roomy chest of drawers & all have closets. One upstairs front bedroom has a door to the large upper porch. Very comfortable beds. Ample prkg under the house includ.an area with nice table/chairs and TV, a shower room, and 2 grills. We didn't use the Blackstone. Golf carts helped a lot as we were closer to the entrance. Owner, Lori, was absolutely fantastic and went out of her way, really! Thanks!

Great House & Great Location

We made such wonderful memories this past week. The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook, beds were comfy and it was nice having the master on the first floor. The house is located close to the entrance of the campground, which provided very quiet evenings on the deck. Thanks again!

Amazing time.

Thank you to Lori for the awesome Communication she answered any and all questions. This house is beautiful with all the Amenities. Close to the front gate. Only request would be an outside hose for beach toys and golf carts. Love the house and would definitely stay again! 🏝️❤️

Great amenities, beautiful home!

We had a great time staying here! The house was clean, enough space for everyone (grandparents, kids and spouses and 5 grandchildren.) We used the Blackstone Grill almost every night. Everyone loved the golf carts, cruising around all day! We went fishing, played horseshoes, corn hole, ping pong, and lots of beach and pool. Lori was a great host and had excellent communication with us from beginning to end.

Overall our stay was good. While you can sleep 10 people in the house it is small and best place to hang out is in carport area. Half bath downstairs needs a blind or curtain for privacy because anyone can see in especially at night. Was thankful we could check in early.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean!!!

Very roomy home for the eight of us. Living room couches very comfortable for relaxing. Fully functional kitchen with great bar/counter space off stove area. The owner has the switches labeled for fan and lights to reduce confusion. It was great having the bathroom downstairs off the kitchen. No one had to go back upstairs or disturb the occupants in the master bedroom on main level. The house owner has a printed manual located in the living room that is very informative for the house as well as the community rules. Everyone slept great as all beds were comfortable!! Lots of places to relax and lounge around outside on both decks. We also enjoyed eating meals at the table on the lower deck. The house is located near the front of the community and entrance. This location was perfect for us! Away from busy golf cart traffic to the beach, pools, and sandy mart. Not having to navigate my minivan further inside the community was a relief 😅, as people (kids&adults) are having fun, walking, riding bikes, riding scooters, and driving golf carts. The house had plenty of under space to park our 2 minivans and 2 golf carts. We loved navigating the rest of the community by golf carts. Lori the homeowner is wonderful!!! She is attentive and responded promptly with all questions we had before booking as well as with any we had while staying. Loved our time there, and would book again!!

Great communication!

We loved the outdoor hang out spaces. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs which was good because we love to cook! Lori was very helpful any time we had questions.

Wonderful stay

Very nice house that is well maintained. We were concerned when booking because of the location near the main entrance. However, that was absolutely not an issue for us. Actually the location made the golf cart pick up and return very easy as was entering/leaving Ocean Lakes. Not sure about the other beds, but the owner’s suite bed was great! :) Also, the suite was large. The owner was super responsive. Easily the best communication of any OL house we have stayed at. It was a great stay and would we would definitely return.

One of the best ever!!

Every year we stay at Ocean Lakea to celebrate my moms birthday and this year was her 70th. The house was awesome, it was just as expected. One of the cleanest houses we've stayed at. I mean every room was spotless. The linen as well. It felt like home. Lori provided me with all the info i needed in a timely manner. We were a little surprised that their weren't tvs in each room but we didn't even need them. It was one of the best family vacations just spending time with each other at the house. Will definitely be back. Home away from home.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We really loved our time here! Ocean Lakes is a fantastic place for a family vacation and the home was a wonderful home-away-from-home. It was very clean and well appointed, including lots of kitchen amenities (utensils to pots to blenders). It was a great size for our group of 8 and we enjoyed having the master on the bottom floor so the kids could enjoy the upstairs (including their own porch). Lori was super easy to work with and very responsive. One very minor note - mainly because the kitchen is so well stocked, there is very little room for any food storage so just keep that in mind when you make your grocery store run!

We have been vacationing in Ocean Lakes for many years either camping on the property or renting vacation homes. It is an amazing community where you can not only have a wonderful vacation, but you can feel safe letting your kids run and play in this very secure community. We decided this year, that we wanted to spend more time in Myrtle Beach and decided to purchase an Ocean Lakes home of our own. The home is conveniently located at the entrance of Ocean Lakes, one road past the Guard House. It is a short walk to the Golf Cart Rental facility which is a must when vacationing in Ocean Lakes. Everything there is to do, is just a short golf cart ride away including the beach, the new water park, swimming pools, etc. We are sure you will enjoy your time in Ocean Lakes as much as we do!
