We loved the view and Smokey Mountains 'feel' at the house! Our kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed an evening watching the sun set with somores out on the back deck - topped off with a black bear visit down below! Overall, it was a great house - thanks for the memories!

The location of this property was up the mountain in a beautiful location to see the smoky mountains! The price for this beautiful property is very reasonable, you couldn’t ask for better. Loved the upstairs and downstairs, with a deck on both levels. The place is so beautiful inside and out, we were so pleased with everything.

Relaxing

Our stay was perfect! The home and view were as described. The home is clean and well stocked. And the neighborhood is quiet. We found our entire stay to be the most relaxing time we’ve had in years!

Amazing Property!!

This was one of the most well stocked cabins I have ever stayed at. We will definitely stay there again! It was in a great location and while the roads are curvy we had no problem coming and going.

A Beautiful Property

A really beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. My family and I had a great time here during a long weekend. Very peaceful, and the views are terrific. The location is also excellent--a short and easy drive to the national park.

I highly recommend this beautiful cabin! It was clean, spacious, and a beautiful view. If you’re planning on staying in, they have board games and air hockey downstairs. If you’re planning on going out, its a short drive to all the tourist attractions.

Incredible views & cozy home!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described. Amenities were great. Clean home and cozy with the fireplace as we stayed in early January. The drive up the hill is long but worth it as the views are incredible!

Lovely time with family in the Smokys

Beautiful home with all the amenities one needs. Gorgeous porch and views. Just a wonderful place to retreat to after hikes and the hustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Long and winding trek of a drive up and back however. Loved it!

Raven’s Roost

Cabin was clean, beautiful view, close to welcome center and Gatlinburg. Saw bears from the deck and spent most of our time on the deck. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

This property was amazing and perfect for our family. It has everything you could need for a two day or two week stay. The views were amazing. The owners were very responsive by text communication. This being our first time visiting the area I was beyond pleased with and felt like home.

4 Generations Gathering!

Even more amazing in person than the pictures online. Only regret is that we had so many plans and didn't save a day to just enjoy the decks and the view!

What A Wow Factor

We had a fantastic time!! Cabin was breathtaking and the views were out of this world. Already recommending Evolve Cabin Rentals to my friends. Linda, our host, was awesome too!! Will definitely recommend to all I know!!

wonderful cabin

This cabin was just as wonderful as pictured and described. The kids loved the game room and bunk beds! Everyone loved the outside firepit and beautiful view! The drive to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge was quick and easy (as long as you're comfortable with switchbacks!!) The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few meals and the beds were super comfortable!

Driving up the mountain does indeed require navigation around the twists and turns but the views from the mountain top is what vacationing in Gatlinburg is all about! Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving weekend. The house is beautiful and so well appointed! The furnishings are comfortable and homey. The living space and kitchen are open making for a great family cooking and relaxing experience. The views from the porches are incredible and we even saw a bear taking a late afternoon stroll. We would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Accommodations & Wonderful Hosts

This home is absolutely beautiful and everything is just as it should be. Plenty of fresh linens, everything is clean, and all of the supplies you need to make yourself at home. The owners showed us that southern hospitality that is famous for this area. They had great meal suggestions and made sure we were taken care of. The neighborhood is super convenient to town and the park.

Immaculately Clean Cabin w/ gorgeous view.

Loved everything about this cabin! Very clean, well kept, & well laid out, & comfortable beds! Spacious enough for 2 families in town for soccer tournament. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table while the husbands enjoyed the gaming cabinet w/ multiple games. Minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg if you don't want to cook.

Beautiful cabin. They had every cooking utensil that you would need. All the beds were very comfortable. The fridge filter and the water filter needed replaced. It could have been cleaner. Half the remotes needed batteries. And all the board games were missing over half the pieces. It’s a great place to stay if you don’t plan on staying in the cabin. We were only there for three days, so it worked out perfect for us.

Smoky Mountain high

Raven's Roost has to be one of the best vacation rentals in Gatlinburg. From the moment of our arrival for a lovely Christmas weekend we were enthralled with its beauty inside and out, not to mention the fantastic, always-on view of the Smokies and beyond from its two-level decks. From check-in to check-out, the property company and manager were most helpful and responsive with any and every detail, and we greatly appreciate everything about our stay. Everything we needed was there and we felt at home, comfortable and cozy from start to finish in beautiful Raven's Roost.

Outstanding

This home is outstanding! We have stayed in many homes while traveling and this home was by far one of the best. The owners have gone above and beyond to make visitors comfortable. The attention to detail from the fixtures, the decor, the kitchen supplies and the beds/bedding was very much appreciated. We truly felt as if we were at home rather than a vacation home with the barest of necessities. Thanks again for sharing Raven’s Roost with our family.
