Thank you Geraldine for your review, we take all guest feedback seriously and appreciate the detail you have provided! I would like to acknowledge a couple of issues that you have mentioned. We do advise online that the driveway is steep and only suitable or small cars, I do apologise if this was missed when you booked. We have not yet had any comments regarding a fish smell however many of our guests do fish while in town so we will investigate further! Unfortunately we cannot ‘air the property’ as it cannot be left unlocked and unsecured. Noosa Holiday Rentals do manage this unit, this is why key collection was at our office on Hastings Street, just a short 10 minute walk from the accommodation or a 2 min drive (depending on the traffic!) Please note we do promote on all our listings that a starter pack is provided to get you through the first 24 hours however I have added this information into our conformation emails to remind guest just in case it is missed when booking!
