One of the suites is on the first floor. Two of the suites, in addition to the double bed, have a single bed. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in beds. Extra mattresses are available to be placed in the bedrooms to accommodate 4 people in each suite, for a total capacity of 16 people in the house.<br>Fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, a microwave, a stove, a water filter, a blender, a sandwich maker, and other kitchen and dining utensils. The gated community features a bike path, paddle boats, two tennis courts, a volleyball court, three grass soccer fields, a multi-sport court, a playground, and 24-hour security.<br>The house does not have a garage, but it is on a very quiet street where you can park easily and safely within the gated community.<br><br>Pool cleaning and yard maintenance services are included.
