Relax and enjoy this spacious city style one bedroom apartment conveniently nestled at the foot of The Remarkables mountain range and just a few minutes from the Airport.

This apartment is designed for convenience and ease and is ideally suited for professionals or couples.



The Space:

LOCATION:

Toru Executive Apartment is a 2-minute walk or 200 metres from the Remarkables shopping park which including shops, retail, fitness centre, restaurants, cycle/bike hire; be at world class restaurants and shop up a storm within minutes of leaving the apartment. It is all about the location, where you are literally in the heart of Frankton providing access to all the main arteries of Queenstown and surrounding areas.



KITCHEN AND LIVING:

Enter the front door and step into the compact open plan living and dining area. To the left you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, oven and dishwasher; if you need a break from all the culinary delights there are plenty of eateries nearby or take the public transport into the Queenstown CBD for some sightseeing or plan a special night out and book an Uber for your return.

The Toru Executive Apartment is an ideal location base whatever the season or pursuit – work, relaxation, skiing, activity, adventure – all in the heart of Frankton. Goodstays also manages other apartments at the Toru should you wish to travel with friends or colleagues but require separate accommodation.

Excellent accommodation

Very comfortable small apartment for couples. Spotlessly clean, and very convenient to Remarkables Park shopping centre and the airport.

The instructions for access to the property were a little lacking. The entry area and allocated parking were very vague with no mention of the fob on the key allowing access to the front door. Other than that excellent.

Bare Bones But Sufficient

The property manager was very efficient, but when we got there, there was only enough toilet paper and laundry soap supply for the amount of time we were there- no extras. There was salt but no pepper or any other spice available. Everything seemed on the cheap side- no extra blankets, no comfortable throw pillows- only the bare bones.

Hi Katie, Thanks for sharing, we truly value our guest’s feedback and take onboard any comments that may help us to improve our product and services. Katie, what is surprising is your comments they do come as a surprise, we did exchange numerous detailed emails around what the apartment offered, these emails continued from pre to post stay. One such email was whilst you were shopping for groceries when you enquired after what you needed to purchase for your stay, at which time we offered you an early arrival also We were also very understanding and accommodating when you had not departed on the date booked due to accidentally booking a night short, at which point we quickly extended your stay and rescheduled our cleaning team without penalty. This generous one bedroom fully self-contained apartment is modern, clean, and presents exactly as the photos show. It is a true representation of what is advertised and provided to our guests for their stay representing great value for money when comparing to a typical hotel room that does not offer living, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Thanks again for sharing Katie. We trust your time in Queenstown was relaxing and enjoyable and wish you all the best for the remainder of 2023. Warm Regards, Goodstays

Wouldn’t go back

The property was in a good location and clean and tidy, however there were problems from the moment we arrived. We were sent incorrect check in information and had to call the property manager - and again to check out! The shower was broken, there was no hand soap provided and only a single roll of toilet paper. For what we paid we expected much more - certainly didn’t anticipate having to go and buy basic toiletries. The sheets were clean but extremely rough on the skin - not comfortable at all. The wife code was incorrect and again we had to contact the property manager. Overall we feel it was not worth what we paid to stay and ultimately would not go back.
