Perfect decision for a golf trip or family vacation!

Very clean and perfect for a lot of different vacation options. Good for kids or a group of adults. We used it as a spot to stay as we were golfing multiple courses nearby and it fit perfectly for a nights in and nights getting back after enjoying a night out. The theatre downstair is the best part in my opinion!

Great Wedding Weekend

Great communication with the owner. The place has plenty of space for 4 couples. We all had our own bathroom. Pet friendly, and the outside grounds are very private. We walked the ~1 mile to Breezy Point resort and other local restaurants and convince store. Thanks for a great stay.

Golf House

We had an awesome family vacation and the property was amazing! The location was perfect for golfing at Deacons Lodge, Whitebirch and the Traditional. Fishing on Pelican Lake was just down the road as well. It had all the amenities we needed, games for the kids, movie theater room, plenty of places where we could all have our own space if we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and spices that you are used to at home! I would highly recommend this property and Shelly was great to correspond with! We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us back to this area.

Great setup for 4 families / couples

We were in the area for a wedding. There were four couples / families staying and the place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, plenty of things to do. We walked the ~1 mile to Breezy Point resort on quiet roads. We also walked to dinner nearby. We rented a pontoon for time on the lake as well. The communication with Evolve was good, and as we got near checkin, I was put in contact with the owner and the communication was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We decided to rent a VRBO for Triple Fest at Breezy Point. We are a family racing team from Grand Marais, Mn. Trailside Racing. We have a lot of team members and family and I can’t tell you enough this place was amazing. It is so hard to find a place for all of us, for such a reasonable price. So many bedrooms so many bathrooms. Everybody could have their own space, and the movie theater is one of a kind. I would highly recommend this awesome property for your stay at Breezy Point. We will definitely be booking again, for sure.

The perfect getaway!

This was the perfect getaway for our travels to Breezy Point for a wedding! The house was equipped with all the fun and games you could ask for. It was very clean, spacious, and offered something for everyone to enjoy. It’s conveniently located just a few short minutes to Breezy Point resort, a market for all your necessities, several restaurants and golf courses. The host was wonderful and provided us with great communication throughout our entire stay - often checking in with us to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this VRBO if you are staying in the Breezy Point area!!!

Perfect Cabin for a Large Group

A group of 12 of us stayed here for a weekend for a bachelor party with multiple rounds of golf throughout the Brainerd area. This was the perfect place to stay - plenty of room for everyone to sleep, fun games to play in the evening after each round of golf (spike ball, ping pong, etc.), a campfire to hang around and tell stories... The cabin is close enough to the Breezy Point area to give you options if you want to go out for a night or two, but was tucked away into the woods enough that we never felt we had to worry too much about noise. We had an absolute blast and I would highly recommend this as a place to stay! I’m sure we will be back!

Perfect winter getaway

Beautiful setting for a winter getaway! We spent the days cross country skiing, sledding in the yard, and tubing at near by Mount Ski Gull. Evenings were spent by the fireplace or in the theater. House has plenty of room and everything you need. Shelly is a great host! Yes, 4WD/AWD really is required on a snow covered driveway. You could park in the dead end street if need be though.

Great for Couples Trip

This home was perfect for a couples weekend getaway! Everyone had their own individual bedroom and bathroom, plus multiple rooms for gathering together. The beds were very comfortable. They really had everything you could ever need including appliances (we tried out the pizza cooker). The location was perfect for stopping in at Breezy Point and the nearby Commander Bar where we enjoyed a live band. We also lined up a shuttle bus to drive us to some further restaurants (Norway Ridge) and downtown Pequot Lakes. Nisswa for shopping and breweries was also not too far of a drive. We would definitely stay here again, especially in the warmer months to enjoy a round or two of golf.

Perfect Group Location

This was our second stay at the Golf House, and we had another wonderful weekend. The house is large enough to accommodate 4 couples with their own rooms and bathrooms, while also having great group gathering areas that make for a great group setting. It's centrally located to a number of great golf courses, and it's on the 14th fairway of the Traditional Course at Breezy Point, which is fun to watch on a nice weekend day. The theater room and larger living room were great for football game days and movie nights, and there is plenty of outdoor space for yard games and patio drinks. Overall it's just a really great place to spend some time up north. We'll be back!

Best Place and Owners put my mind at ease!

I reserved this home on rather short notice due to a personal cancellation for a family wedding. As it turned out, these owners were SO GREAT to deal with. Even when I had a last-minute issue, and they made themselves available whenever needed, although need was not an issue when we arrived. The home is lovely and nearly fit all of us. I made an incorrect presumption about how many beds/bedrooms were available, but we all made do and were pleasantly delighted to discover that the location was just a few blocks away from our wedding!!! The cherry on top? We were invited to extend our check out time and enjoy the Vikings Game TOGETHER on the big screen! I would absolutely recommend staying in this home and will definitely rent again. In fact, when all of the family members walked in and quickly toured, they came to me and said, "I want to stay a whole week!" NOTED! Thank you for such a fantastic (albeit brief) coming together of family and several generations who traveled from all over the place to be together! We could not have enjoyed it more. 15/10 will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Can not be beat!

This home cannot be beat for family fun and relaxation. We had young and old, enjoying every aspect this home has to offer. The floor plan works great, everyone can have their space, but plenty of spaces to come together. They are extremely generous with amenities, the home has everything you would need and then some. I have never experienced this level of detail from a rental in the past. Book NOW!
