Wonderful Home

Our family (grandparents, parents, and kids) all had a wonderful stay at this home. Very clean and well laid out home right on the beach. Also happens to be at the exact spot on Folly for the best surfing. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

The house is absolutely stunning. And it offers direct access to the beach - it is literally in the back yard! Plenty of kitchen items for cooking at home. Be warned, the umbrellas are all broken for the patio table and beach so you may want to bring your own. But overall, you get a lot for the price!!

Perfect location. 2 miles from pier, away from touristy areas. Steps from the beach. Outdoor shower and easily accessible hose. Covered parking. House is well-stocked and clean. Plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen items. Stunning views from almost anywhere in the house. Deck has plenty of seating, with umbrellas for shade. Host was quick to respond to any issues that came up.

Folly Beach House

Beach luxury

This property was simply amazing. The architecture is stunning. So convenient with immediate beach access. Great for families and with the house so close to the beach you dont have to pack everything up to go to the beach. We will be back every year going forward!

Annual College Reunion Weekend

We enjoyed a comfortable and enjoyable weekend in Folly with college girlfriends for our 18th annual reunion weekend. The property was perfect for us from the common space, adequate beds/baths, and most importantly the beachfront views! We also enjoyed a nice in Charleston for dinner which wasn’t far. Would absolutely recommend and return again! Thank you for hosting us!

Fabulous

This was an amazing house literally on the beach. Our family was able to rest and relax comfortably here and had plenty of space!! The property was clean, spacious, well stocked in the kitchen! We all look forward to coming back and enjoying this amazing property!!

Beautiful modern property. Excellent kitchen, well appointed. Beach right out the back door. Gentle angle of repose.

Superior beach vacation property

This was the best beach vacation we have ever had. Loved the area and the beach. Loved the house. The facilities and amenities were top notch. We had 8 adults and a 15 month old in our group. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location and convenience to the beach made everything easier. The back deck and view was spectacular. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location in a Beautiful Home

Everyone who walked in gasped at the beauty of the house and beach. Pictures can be deceiving, the pix were amazing, but the actual home was even better. Very spacious. Age range was 15 - 83, everyone was amazed and had a great time!

The Best

Itrip was BEYOND great. Their communication, the quality of the rental, everything was literally PERFECT. Will check with them for future rentals first going forward for sure.

Folly Favorite

Our three generation family has been vacationing on Folly for twelve years. Sunrise to Sunset has to be our favorite home. It is filled with glorious ocean views, superbly furnished with everything you could possibly need and a kitchen that our “chef” son was thrilled to use. The five bedroom, four and a half bath with glorious seating areas on the main level, large dining table and even a room for our puzzle fanatics, game playing family, was the perfect fit for our family. We would be thrilled to stay there again if available.

Great location, needed repairs

beautiful home right on the sand...but two of the bathrooms were not in working condition, supplies were limited, providing an underwhelming experience in what should have been a luxury stay

Great house

The house was beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Stunning views. The only negative was that the refrigerator did not work for the entire stay. While we were provided with two smaller refrigerator/freezers - they were small and we had to limit our shopping and make multiple trips so as to keep the food from spoiling. A repairman showed up on our last morning without warning.

We are happy you found the home to be a beautiful home in a great location, It is magnificent! We do apologize for the fridge situation. With the main fridge being a sub-zero it does take tome for parts to come through.

Fantastic!

We had a fantastic time staying at Sunrise to Sunset. The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our families. The kitchen is incredible with high end appliances. The bedrooms are all well laid out with large bathrooms. My family was lucky enough to get the master bedroom. As far as beach front homes we’ve stayed in in the past this home takes the cake. If you have a group of 12 or less do not think twice about reserving this home. It’s a little up the way from town (5 min) but it’s so much more quiet and you feel like you have the beach to yourself. This home has everything you can want. We will for sure look to stay here again.

Beautiful property, amazing views, great location

The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. We had ample communications the weeks preceding check in to ensure we understood the checkin process, location, and door code. The house was very well maintained and beautiful, large windows and doors made for a stunning view of the beach and ocean from pretty much anywhere inside. We had one issue with a leaky sink, notified the host and they had it fixed within just a couple hours which was impressive. The multiple bed rooms worked well for us and our friends, rooms had good soundproofing for kids of different ages going to bed at different times. We’ll be more than happy to rent this property again next year, definitely recommend iTrips as a host. Thank you!
