Enjoy the unique architecture of the neighborhood as you walk to the Anheuser-Busch Brewery and several of the city's best restaurants and bars. Take a stroll through the beautiful Benton Park just a 6-minute walk away where you can find a shady tree and enjoy a picnic or bring along your tennis gear and have a hit on the tennis courts.

Close by is The Fox Theater, Scottrade Center, the Arch grounds, and the popular Busch Stadium where you can catch a game. Forest Park and the Delmar Loop are short easy drives with convenient access to I55, I44, and I64/40 making it super easy to get to where you’re going.

Beyond the ample amount of beautiful city parks, Benton Park hosts one of the best antique shopping areas in the city and a slew of phenomenal establishments for food and drink. Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to reasonable levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc., verifies the identity of guests, and checks criminal databases in order to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived, while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

Great Spot for Writing Retreat
Clean space with spacious workspace and close to restaurants and other good spots. Owners were hospitable and very responsive!

Benton Park West Stay
I stayed at this location for work. The neighborhood is currently gentrifying, and the home is located near many well-known STL amenities, there are also nearby restaurants and bars on Cherokee St. There's a fully functional kitchen, and a separate office/den area to work. I did not have any concerns with wifi throughout the week I was at the home. I will say the unit next door was empty for a few days which helped because you can often hear what's being said and smells permeate throughout the house. Overall though it was a good stay, and I would stay there again.
