Nestled in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, Sunrise 9 is a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a cozy loft, offering a perfect getaway for up to 6 guests. Positioned in a walkable location to local shops, restaurants, and après-ski options, this retreat also provides guests with access to a heated community pool and grill, plus a shared hot tub. Ski enthusiasts will love the free gondola ride to Canyon Lodge!

Vaulted ceilings, stone floors, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace set the tone for a classic alpine lodge atmosphere in the first-floor great room of this stunning corner unit. Framed by breathtaking mountain views, the open and inviting living area is perfect for sinking into the plush sectional couch and enjoying a bit of leisurely fun with the 55” TV. Adjacent to it, the fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, spacious countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for 2. On bright bluebird days, the private deck off the living area transforms into a tranquil haven.

The open second-floor loft provides additional accommodations.

With on-site garage parking for 1 vehicle and a free town shuttle, exploring Mammoth Lakes, including Yosemite National Park, is effortless. For ski access, Little Eagle Lodge and The Village are a short drive away, or take the free gondola to Canyon Lodge and Main Lodge.

Comfortable, cabin-like condo in good shape. Clean, spacious and decently updated. Kitchen is well equipped. Location in the complex is nice - peaceful view outside (not looking at bldgs or spa, etc). Drawbacks: unit is difficult to locate initially (get address, not coordinates); laundry is a walk from the unit (communal); and fireplace was useless.

Wonderful, cozy stay

This property is just as described. Very well situated, will easy bus access to the mountain and an easy walk into town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

The most impressive part of our stay was communication and responsiveness. Our toilet was clogged and we were able to reach the group right away and the problem was fixed within hours - all before the arrival of a big stow storm! The dishwasher was not working but we were notified before our arrival which was a courteous gesture. We used the red line shuttle to the mountain which was convenient. Ample outdoor parking available. Comfortable bedding. We also used the kitchen a lot. We would definitely recommend this property. It was perfect for our family of four.

Exactly as what’s posted online

This property is super warm and cozy, perfect for my family of four. 2 bunk beds for the kids and 2 additional beds. Its really sweet Natural Retreat offers those boxes of hygiene products, super sweet and considerate. We didn’t do much cooking here as the location is great, close to many restaurants. So just enjoy :) A little bit tricky about the checkin. This property is behind the office building. We initially went to no.9 of the next complex. I made a phone call to the hotline and the property manager called me back within 1 min. The service is superb!

Perfect for a small family or close friends

Most everything was great! Comfortable king bed (seemed like a memory foam style mattress), and nice lift with queen bed and a twin over full bunk. 100% would recommend! It's super quiet! No road-noise what-so-ever! Snow shovel was a nice amenity and it was used! Comfy couch for TV viewing and nice kitchen table and chairs. Very clean. Just a couple of tiny things for manager and owner to work out: Pillows on the king bed were very firm. The only soft down-like pillow was not in a case but in a sham. There should be more variety in usable pillows, i got a crook in my neck from the rock hard pillows. :( Toaster doesn't work. Please just remove it if it's broken. Knives need sharpening. (Universal problem not special for this listing). One of the pint glasses has a chip on the rim, please remove it. Could use a couple of snap-on covered glass food dishes for leftover storage. Most people are probably here for a weekend. We were here for nearly a week. Heater bulb in master bath is burned out. That would have been nice! All of these are not deal breakers!

Pros:- end unit with lots of windows- well decorated and comfortable furniture except hard seats on dining chairs- very clean- communication the property mgt co. was mixed: We called to ask if a humidifier was available in the unit. The answer was no but the representative offered to have on delivered and it was. On 2nd occasion I called on weekday; recording gave work hours (until 8 PM EDT) and that they were closed when I called (at 5 PM EDT). Cons: - The web site indicated that there is washer and dryer but not that these are communal (as specified for the pool) and we had to pay extra to use them.- Disappointed that a photo shows a table and chairs on the balcony but there are not.- The web site states there is AC but not that it is only in the living area. During our stay in late June we needed it only in the master bedroom- The web site indicated that this unit is on 2 floors, but I didn't read that these are on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building. There was a full flight of stairs plus a short one of 3 or 4 stairs that had to be negotiated to reach the front door. This was an issue especially for us in our 70s to carry our heavy luggage and cooler up and down. - There are mountain views but only above buildings. Was surprised to see buildings out of every window when the latest review states "peaceful view outside (not looking at bldgs or spa, etc)."- Only 12 hangers for this unit that is to sleep 6. The two of us used all 12 for our week long stay.

Nice place with a beautiful view!

We've been going to Mammoth for 15 years and always stay in private properties. This apartment was the first one with everything in the kitchen to cook with (including baking appliances) and a decent coffee maker. It had wood for the fireplace and a cozy couch with cozy blankets to watch the nice big screen TV. We found games and books to keep us entertained. We thought the beds were pretty comfortable. Overall worth paying the extra price for the hotel-like treatment. It's close to shopping and restaurants and has easy access to the lodges and lifts. Easy parking. Far enough out of town to see the Mountain view. Thank you!
