Our 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo is a corner unit with a large wrap around balcony and an additional secluded balcony located at Dunes of Panama and measures 1,976 sq.ft. Our property uniquely features 2 master suites with all 3 bedrooms and living area having balcony access through the floor to ceiling glass sliding doors in each room and directly facing the beautiful Gulf and white sugar sand beach. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a flat screen Smart TV for your enjoyment. Brand new appliances installed 08/2024.

The Master bedroom contains a king size bed with a breathtaking view of the emerald green waters and the white sand beaches. Full size dresser and walk in closet for your unpacking convenience during your stay. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a bench and glass sliding door. There is also a separate vanity area equipped with a sink, giving couples space to get ready for a night on the town and a large walk in closet. The room also contains a chair for extra relaxation and is equipped with a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

The second master bedroom also has a king sized bed and is equipped with a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The room features a large closet and dresser for your unpacking convenience and an over sized swivel chair for extra relaxation while watching the sunset out the glass sliding door. There is also full bathroom located within the room for added privacy/convenience of guests.

The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and private balcony, that features 2 colorful tall Adirondack chairs with matching foot stools, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The room is equipped with a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The room features a dresser and a large walk in closet that contains a roll away bed for extra sleeping space and a highchair for added convenience during your stay. The room also contains a swivel chair for extra relaxation.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows with balcony access that creates a wonderful view of the Gulf and sugar sand beach. There is a large comfy sectional with a queen size sleeper sofa, making this condo enjoyable for the whole family. The Smart TV in the living room features additional premium movie channels like HBO for added enjoyment after a long day at the pool/beach.

The living room leads to an oversize balcony right over the gulf with 6 colorful Adirondack tall chairs with 6 matching foot stools and 2 comfortably large chase lounges, perfect for the whole family to enjoy the sunset.

The dining room has a large table that seats 6 and 2 additional chairs that sit directly behind it at the breakfast bar. Enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise through the windows in the dining room that stretch from floss to ceiling.

This condo contains a full size washer and dryer and is equipped with wifi for added convenience during your stay.

On property at E pool deck enjoy the convenience and eclectic decor of a charming little shop known as Suds Weezers Beach Store & Deli, a family operated store serving deli sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, snacks, smoothies, gift and convenience items, beer and wine, and lots more. They also have introduced their new funky little beach hut called the Sneaky Tiki conjuring up more delicious frozen concoctions and snacks at B&C pool deck. If you’re seeking moderate activity, shuffleboard will be perfect.

For the ultimate in relaxation during your Panama City Beach Florida trip, 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella rental is available, at no additional charge, so you can just sit and watch the best that nature has to offer at this Florida beach resort (more chairs and umbrella rentals can be purchased at the hut on the beach directly in front of our unit for an additional charge). From dolphins, pelicans, and seagulls to spectacular sunsets, it’s all here waiting for you.
