This gorgeous 10th floor three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is an absolute must see! Soak up the stunning views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with a sprawling balcony and floor to ceiling windows in all three bedrooms, living room, and kitchen!

Upon entry you’ll be blown away by the beautiful open floor plan in the kitchen and living room as well as the view. In the newly renovated spacious kitchen, you can let your inner chef shine making anything from snacks to gourmet meals. Well equipped with a brand-new stainless-steel French-door refrigerator, glass top oven, microwave, and dishwasher, in addition to an InstaPot, toaster, and coffee pot. Dining room table has seating for 6, plus room at the bar. Relax on our super comfortable sectional while looking out over the wrap around balcony or step outside and enjoy a tasty beverage while taking in the hypnotic ocean breeze. Unit also comes with a full, front load washer and dryer to help rid your belongings of lasting salt and sand. The Entertainment center in the living room actually folds out to a queen sleeper.

Fall asleep and wake up to the sounds, smells and views of the Gulf from any of our bedrooms. The two guest rooms, located down the hallway from the kitchen, each come with 2 beds. 1 has a King & Full sized beds and the other has 2 full sized beds. Both have wall-mounted televisions, their own access to balcony space, walk in closets, and en-suite vanities with sinks allowing the full guest bathroom in the hallway to stay open longer!

Our lovely master suite, located right off the kitchen, offers a sizeable bathroom with a step-in garden tub, walk-in shower, and large vanity. Also featuring a king bed overlooking the Gulf, access to the balcony, a TV, and plenty of drawer space for all your belongings!

There are tennis courts and basketball hoops on the north side of the "B" building and 4 Pickleball courts. Game Equipment available to Check Out from the "C" office:
basketball, water guns, volleyball, badminton, shuffle board, ladder ball, tennis rackets/balls, Bocce, plastic tee ball, washer toss, bats/balls, horseshoes, dodge ball, Lacrosse, paddle ball, sling ball, sky darts, etc. There is also a tiny tot playground on the beach.
There is a Fitness Room located in Bldg E. You must go to the "C" office to obtain a key.
This is a gated community with on-site security.
We are known as a "family friendly" condominium.
Sud's Weezers Deli and Souvenir Shop is located in the "E" building (seasonal hours) for your enjoyment. They are family operated and serve deli sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, snacks, smoothies, gift and convenience items, beer and wine, and lots more.
