The condo is located in the sought after "Signature" complex of north Scottsdale. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4 located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. Master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, attached full bath, walk-in closet and sliding door to patio. 2nd Guest Room offers a Queen bed and TV w/ walk-in closet. The living area also offers another large TV which opens to the patio, dining room and fully stocked kitchen. Outside you will find a bistro table and chairs to relax. Full size washer/dryer in unit.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

You will find Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts and a Park just around the corner, walking distance at "Horizon Park"!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There was a nice heated pool at the office and a smaller one that wasnt heated on the other side of the complex. The beds were comfortable and the couch is a sleeper which worked well for my teenager. This was close to everything in scottsdale, it was about 15 minutes to great wolf lodge, odysea, and mideval times. Theres a gro ery store and several restaurants next door.

We stayed 9 nights & enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for us. Walkable to stores & restaurants. Quick drive to hiking.The beds were comfortable & we appreciated the dark curtains in the bedrooms. Every appliance we used worked. The parking spot is at the end, so that was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice month long stay at Villa Zen. Nice location with stores, restaurants etc. within short walking distance and many more a short drive or longer walk away. Easy to get on the 101 freeway. Fairly quiet clean easy to deal with management, worked out well for my wife and I on a short notice. Will definitely consider renting again!

Great Condo in a Great Complex in a Great Location

We've been to Scottsdale a number of times and this was our favorite accommodation yet. It was clean, comfortable and completely as advertised. We had a bit of adversity in arrival and the management company went out of their way to work with us to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend.

Condo and complex were clean, well maintained, well equipped, and quiet, The location was perfect for us...close amenities like groceries and restaurants within walking distance and less than a five minute drive to hike in the mountains (easy or difficult trails-your choice). Easy travel to wherever you'd want to go. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. Really well equipped kitchen.

Nice complex, spacious unit

We liked the condo, the space of the condo and area the condo was in. It was very walkable to coffee, groceries, necessities. We gave the condo 4 stars because there were a few things lacking (dirty tupperware, furniture was a little beat up, there were nailheads sticking up at 2 carpet/tile thresholds, a/c was extremely loud, one hottub on the property was not working) but overall was pleased. Wes' communication was good, easy entry to the condo and the fact that he allowed us a late checkout, we really appreciated. Thank you.

Several weeks in Scottsdale to escape winter

The property presented as it was listed. We enjoyed having two full bathrooms, full-sized laundry equipment, convenient parking right outside, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic as it was very close to events that were occurring, including Barrett, Jackson, and the Phoenix Open. Shopping and dining and other activities, including bike paths, hiking trails, and golf courses are all nearby. The only things that we could have been better or a bit more space in the kitchen and cleaner carpets throughout the unit. Walking on the carpets resulted in the soles of white socks turning black. The host we worked with was named Wes, and he did an outstanding job by greeting us at the unit, checking us in and orienting us. He responded immediately to our inquiries and communicated proactively before check-in, and just prior to check out.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is fine. There's a few things that could make it better. For instance bath mats, and a mattress cover for the bed in the second bedroom, that mattress is as hard as a rock, we bought one and left it there for other guests. A dish rack would be most helpful. Access to the vacuum would of been helpful, lots of dog hair above the bed and just all over in general. It feels a little dead inside of the condo, no good energy there. The carpets really need cleaning, lots of stains everywhere. The location is good, it's very quiet. We've stayed in a number of condos in Scottsdale and this one is just ok. I give it a 3 out of 5.

Please make sure to let us know of ANY issues immediately as we are right down the road and can repair, replace, provide what is needed. We are a bit confused on a few issues mentioned as the vacuum is in the second bed closet, bath mats in both baths, mattress covers on both beds. There is a dish drying mat in the kitchen. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couch so uncomfortable you had to lean forward. Two chairs worn and looked like a cat had their way with them. A moon crater left after sitting on chairs. They had the audacity to claim er cause damage to these relics. Most unscrupulous company on earth. ***Check Google reviews!! Myles York left himself a review to mitigate the damage from all the 1-star reviews! And 4 other York family members and friends!! Vacuumed carpet 7x to get all dirt and dog hair out. Main TV is small and wires hanging everywhere. Took 2 weeks for Wes to replace faulty modem/router. Company ultimately ripped me off charging 100’s extra!

I am extremely disappointed in reading this review. We had to literally kick this guest out of the property due to him being crazy and ruined many pieces of furniture during the stay. He was confirmed to stay a month, and we kicked him out after a week or so as no one could deal with his crazy nature. I have never seen a condo so destroyed after just a few days of staying there. We are a reputable company and will not stand to be taken advantage of, like this guest did. I hope you will take this review with a grain of salt. Sincerely, Latitude 8 Vacation Rentals.

I hate to shoot myself in the foot because I want to come back and stay here again, but I don’t think the pictures do justice to how nice the unit actually is so more people might be more inclined to book. Always nice to be favorably surprised as opposed to the alternative.
