Dual-zoned gas heating and underfloor heating in the kitchen and living room keep the home warm throughout, and two indoor open fireplaces add character on cooler nights. A reverse cycle split system provides cooling across the main living areas during summer.

All four bedrooms are made up and ready when you arrive. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a long group dinner. Come evening, choose between gathering in one of the three living areas, settling in by an indoor fireplace, or heading outside to fire up the pizza oven under the covered alfresco. Jaeger Reserve is a short walk for families with younger children, and Orange's restaurants and cellar doors are just minutes from the front door. Your dog is welcome to join you throughout.

Benview Cottage sits on a quiet residential avenue in central Orange, within a 15–20 minute walk of the CBD. Byng St Local Store and Anything Grows are both close for breakfast and coffee. Union Bank, Ferment Wine Bar, and The Greenhouse of Orange are within a five-minute drive. Wine enthusiasts can reach Swinging Bridge, Mortimers Wines, and Heifer Station within ten minutes by car. Bella Spazio is close for day spa treatments, and Dirty Jane's and the White Place offer boutique shopping nearby. Jaeger Reserve, with its playground and open field, is approximately 260 metres from the front door.



Guest Access:

FIREPLACES: This property has three fireplaces — two indoors and one in the covered outdoor area — that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are in the home and also in your check-in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.



SOFA BED: The office sofa bed is available for one additional guest. Guests wishing to use it are welcome to bring their own linen.
