We're so glad this place was perfect and that the kids loved it! We have kids of our own so we try to make it perfect for the kids as well. They need to be able to enjoy the stay too, and of course the adults they do all the driving/traveling, and we want them to be able to relax and enjoy their stay. Great place close to activities

Truly cozy place and short distance from all of the fun stuff. Good atmosphere. Great place to stay and I would stay again if I’m in the area.

Awesome stay

We checked after 5 pm due to the drive but the house was absolutely perfect was close to down town but didn’t have that fill to it very clean They had left out things for us to use but we had brought are own shampoos and laundry pods and other things very nice host It was just an awesome vacation rental /stay

This home was perfect for what we needed! It had a kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable and roomy bedrooms and communal areas and was so comfortable! The personal touches were so cute (Speakeasy themed and a cute “jail” themed breezeway). Thank you for an amazing stay and a beautiful home.

Hot Springs Get away

This property is quiet at the end of a dead end street. It is still easy to find and minutes from everything you would want to do or see. Decor is great and fitting for the area. Very nice place that I would definitely use again if staying in the area.

It was in a very bad neighborhood! We were afaid to stay there!

The beds were so small! We walked in looked around and walked out!

Owner's response: "Lori, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - We are sorry that you felt unsafe in our neighborhood. It is in an older part of Hot Springs by downtown but is a very quiet neighborhood and not many neighbors. I'm not sure how you could have determined it was a bad place and that you were afraid within just a few minutes. - As advertised the description of the property has 2 full-size beds and the pictures of the inside of the home are accurate. We may not be a 5-star hotel, but the home is in great shape and is reasonably priced.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

Cute cottage

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. The theme and decor is super fun! We came with one of our kids and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great: the cottage feels secluded and tucked away in a neighborhood but I think it was only a four minute drive to Bathhouse Row. Comfy beds and pillows, fun decor, available board games, great location, what more can you ask for? The owners were great and attentive as well. I highly recommend this cottage!

VRBO Stay

The small bungalow was at the end of the street which provided for privacy and a good night's sleep. The furnishings were creative and a lot of fun. It had only one small bathroom however for 2-3 people; it was sufficient for our needs. They had an AC window unit in each room which kept the temperature cool. The host was amazing and responsive with any of our questions and gave us fantastic dinner recommendations as well. If you are planning a get-away to downtown, hiking, and the casino; the location was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Interesting

The location of the house was a little difficult to find, but within a day, I was able to navigate without all the turns the GPS was giving me. The interior of the house was unique in its gangster motif. It was clean, and plenty of space for two of us. The floors were a bit uneven and the steps into the room were a little difficult the first day till I got used to stepping over the threshhold. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows a little soft....I still slept fine. The shower got warm quickly and the towels were soft and smelled nice. I would recommend this place for a short trip like ours.

Sweet but aging.

The description is accurate in the listing, and communication with the host was within reasonable time frames. A few things would improve the property. The bedroom with the bathroom had only a standard and loopsided rack for hanging clothing. A dresser or night stand would be nice. Our family had to buy our own coffee creamer, as none was provived. We ran out if sugar on day one. So a trip to get groceries was necessary. Another chair to sit in would be nice as well. Luckily we had a camp chsir in the back of our car. Otherwise one of the four of our family would be sitting on the floor.

Quaint Cottage in Hot Springs

The outside is very misleading. The outside needs a porch light to be able to put the door code in. The building must have been an office or very old house. The bathroom was only accessible thru one bedroom. You could see the old insulation thru the wood planks on the ceiling. They need to purchase a larger dining table, especially using it as desk and dining area. The seating is the kind of plastic table & bench you would sit at a take out fast food place. The street was very dark, luckily, it's a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms didn't have a table or dresser to put the suitcase on.

From the owner: "Thanks for staying with us. You have described the property exactly as it's listed. The keypad lights up so you can see the numbers in the dark. The dining table is an old table from Waffle House. As for the dressers, no one has ever requested these before, and you can see the furniture in each room in the listing pictures before booking. It is an old house, built in 1948. The bathroom situation is explained in the listing description."
