We really enjoyed our stay in this unit! It had everything we needed, even an umbrella, chairs and cooler, all of which we used daily. The location was perfect and the view was incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

Maui condo Colleen’s and Jason’s place

My stay at this condo in Maui was absolutely wonderful. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was excellent, offering easy access to beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and nearby attractions.The condo itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views that made every morning and evening special. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort truly stood out.I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Hawaii and would gladly stay here again on a future trip. It was the perfect home away from home and made our Maui vacation even more memorable.

Location location location

The grounds of the resort are kept really nice. Great location to see some main attractions. Very attentive owner. Nice to have outdoor BBQ with a large table in the common area.

Perfect condo!

This was a perfect final destination for our vacation. Walking distance to beautiful beaches and close to everything else we needed. The condo was beautiful with everything we needed to feel at home.

Love Kihei!!

We had a great stay! Perfect location to beaches and restaurants. Condo was clean. The only issue was the beds- they weren’t very comfortable.

Kihei Retreat at Kamaole Sands Resort was all we could have hoped for. The unit was beautiful and clean, and well-equipped with everything we may have needed from kitchen items, to extra towels, to beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, and was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed coffee from the lanai overlooking the pool and ocean every morning, spotting whales and enjoying the scenery. The Kamaole Sands Resort was gorgeous, well maintained, had a spacious pool, and very walkable both to explore the resort grounds as well as a short walk to a beautiful beach. We had to contact the host about something, and she was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing place to stay

I truly enjoyed my stay here at this Maui condo. Everything was perfect from the view to the amenities, I would definitely return to stay here. The condo came with everything we needed and was right across the street from the beach. Close to many restaurants that are in walking distance. Can't wait for my next trip.

Lovely condo, amazing view

First time we stayed on this property and we will definitely come back. Condo was lovely with great view and within walking distance to the beach. Could use some updating, that being said everything worked and was easy to find.Overlooks the pool, and had beautiful sunset views!

Amazing view!

This property was so beautiful! The view of the sunset was breathtaking. Having the view of the pool and hot tub was so pretty. The room was spacious for us. This was a girl's trip for us and everyone had enough room and loved this property. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Location of property was excellent as well as the view. The property was need of an upgrade including the towels, dishes and curtain.

After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following: - The towels we had during your stay were only about a year old, but we have since replaced them. - There was a small leak due to a storm, which damaged the curtain. We're in the process of replacing it. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. - The dishes are less than a year old, but we understand if they don't suit your personal preferences. We're in the process of replacing the dishes. We're glad you enjoyed the location and excellent view, and we appreciate your feedback!

Nice location. Swim toys freely available. Quiet in room. Smallish kitchen. Convenient to beach.

Nice location to walk to beach and/or to dining. Nicely manicured grounds. Good pool with hot tub. On your own for activities. Our view was excellent to see the pool look out toward the ocean. Good place if you’re a planner and like to schedule your own activities.

Family Spring Break in Kihei

We had a wonderful week in this Kihei condo which slept our family of five comfortably (we made use of the sofa bed). The balcony of this unit has a direct ocean view and the beach is a short walk through the complex and across the street. Kihei is a great location as there are many restaurants and retail options close by and it’s just a short drive to some of the most beautiful Maui beaches to the south. We would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

Great location, view & well stocked spacious condo

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious condo. Conveniently located in Kihei and across the street from the beach. Condo was well stoked & had all the necessary beach accessories. The unit has three air conditioners, which made it very comfortable during the warmer days. Loved the beautiful view from the balcony. Every morning I sipped my coffee on the balcony. Early evenings we enjoyed wonderful sunsets.

The perfect Maui stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this condo that offered a truly unforgettable experience. The location was perfect, providing a stunning view of the ocean that I could enjoy right from the lanai. The condo itself was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful, reflecting the island's tropical vibe, which added to the overall ambiance. Overall, our stay here was nothing short of perfect. Responsive hosts

We love coming to Kamaole Sands with our family. This apartment lacked a few things like cleaning supplies, but the hosts helped us acquire these promptly. It was good to fit our family of 6, and there were sand toys and beach items to keep the kids busy! Agree with reviews that have said a bit of upgrading and repairs are needed (curtains stained from AC, baseboards loose).

wonderful stay

The condo was just as described. It was clean and well kept. The AC worked well and kept the condo cool. The view was spectacular. The resort grounds were well kept and beautiful. Staff were always very gracious and pleasant. Location was great, close to many things. They had in the condo beach towels, boogie boards, some snorkel gear and beach chairs for use. The ease of check in and out was great. The property manager Jenn was very responsive and gracious to our questions. Suggestions- kitchen could use a few more staples such as a strainer and cookie/baking sheets. We would stay here again without question!

Amazing View, Location and Spacious Condo

This was our first time staying in Kihei. Kamaole Sands Resort is in a great location. Kam 3 beach is within walking distance, literally across the street. The condo itself is loft style and very spacious. The balcony has a beautiful beach view and view of the nice pool area, too. Watching sunsets from the balcony were amazing. There are clean and upkept BBQ grills you can use and has a nice table area to enjoy your food, too. We used the grills twice during our stay. The condo had boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and a cooler for use, which was convenient and helpful. There were also kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer amenities. We highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again in the future and have recommended it to family and friends.

Maui condo

We had a wonderful time in Maui and the condo was perfectly located in Kihei. I really appreciated how quickly the owner responded and dealt with a small issue we had with the washer and went above and beyond to make the two twin beds in the second bedroom into a king. The condo had everything we needed and had a cozy feeling that we felt comfortable relaxing in. There was roof construction going on while we were there but all of the workers were kind and courteous. A plus for us was the palm tree trimmers were there one morning and that was fascinating to watch. The condo complex has beautiful grounds and an amazing view of the ocean. Air conditioning was an added bonus, not something you see often in condos in Hawaii. Also we really appreciated the brand new beach chairs and umbrellas. All and all, I would go back tomorrow if I could. Wonderful place to stay. The only suggestion I would have would be to add another chair to the living room and maybe freshen it up with new paint. Never again

The place was not cleaned properly. There was crumbs and left over open food in the cabinets. The showers and mirrors were dirty. There was a window in the loft area that could not be closed due to it being so high. We could hear all the loud people talking while we were trying to go to sleep. I was charged for what management called a “resort” fee upon arrival. That place is not a resort it’s a condo. In the description it said I would have a garage to park one vehicle. That was a lie it’s all open parking. The entire place is loud due to there being construction all day. I will not stay here again.

Prime Location!

Our stay in this perfectly located condo was great! Close to the beach, closer to the pool, and great view of the sunsets from our lanai! We were thankful for the AC and appreciated the ability to add a couple days to our stay. Mahalo!

Close to beach and great pool for kids

This was overall a great property. It’s in such a great location with Kamaole Beach one across the street and two more beaches super close. You’re very centrally located. The place is spacious and well stocked. There’s beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler to use. Beds are not very comfortable and the showers are not good. They are awkward to get in and have creepy bath mats that must be so dirty. That was our biggest complaint, so not a deal breaker but annoying. The pool and grounds are amazing and the view is awesome. One other thing was it was hard to get ahold of the owner. The AC was leaking and we let her know right away and we turned it off in the living room. She never had it fixed while we were there and I never heard back from her again. We stayed for 11 days so she had time to let us know.

Perfect Place

Loved the location directly across from beach. The beautiful grounds had multiple grills and tables where we had dinner every night. Very convenient location to beaches, grocery store, coffee shop, and other stores/restaurants
