We’re sorry the unit showed signs of wear and that cleanliness fell short of expectations — your notes about carpet stains, wall marks, and rusted vents have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for attention. We appreciate the feedback about the secondary bedrooms and bathrooms and will use it when assessing updates. We also apologize the icemaker, water dispenser, glad we found that once controls unlock, all began working again!
