This body of water stretches from the Orleans Yacht Club to the back side of Nauset Beach and is a perfect place to enjoy a fun-filled kayak or canoe adventure.

This beautiful house is thoughtfully laid out, tastefully decorated, and boasts attractive hardwood floors throughout. The first floor offers a lovely remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar across from the spacious dining room. There is a separate living room large enough to offer two distinct seating areas, with high beamed ceilings and a massive decorative fireplace. This floor also offers a completely renovated bathroom and two sizable bedrooms, one with a king bed and decorative fireplace and the other with a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.

The second floor is freshly carpeted and offers a second completely updated bathroom with bathtub. There are two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each one.

A large rec room is in the lower level, along with a laundry area with washer and dryer. The remodeled rec room includes a large TV, and a foosball table. There is also a ground level egress through the garage to the outdoors. The garage is available for storing tenants' bikes and kayaks.

This property provides two decks and a nice patio area. The back deck houses the BBQ grill and outdoor table with umbrella and chairs for eight. A path leads the way to an enclosed outdoor shower. The front of the house has a second deck and a bluestone patio with a fire pit and seating. Beautiful landscaping and ongoing updates to the lower level are evident with more planned in future seasons.

Location: This home is located only 4 miles from Skaket Beach on the bayside or Coast Guard Beach on the ocean side of Cape Cod. Nauset Beach in Orleans is 5 miles away, First Encounter Beach in Eastham is 3.5 miles away, and Great Pond in Eastham is 2.4 miles away. The Eastham Windmill Green is only 1.7 miles away, Orleans center is 2.2 miles away and the Wellfleet Drive-in, Cinemas and Flea Market is under 5.4 miles away. Eastham is also home to The Cape Cod National Seashore just a few miles north of this home.

Amenities include: central air conditioning, wireless internet, a printer, four televisions with Roku including one in the living room, the rec room, dining room, and one of the upstairs bedrooms, dishwasher, electric range, washer and dryer on the lower level, drip coffee maker, gas grill, outdoor furniture including dining table with chairs, patio umbrella, fire pit, 8 beach chairs, a 2-person canoe, and two kayaks with oars and life vests. The two fireplaces are not for use. While quilts and comforters, dish towels and bathmats are provided, sheets and bath and beach towels are not provided but may be rented or you may bring your own. Weekly linens rentals can range from $200 - $390 depending on your needs and preferences.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
