This wonderful 3000+ square foot beachfront home is an ideal location for your Cape Cod family getaway. Open and spacious, the home has stunning Cape Cod Bay views and plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. The lovely indoor space is only rivaled by the outdoor space including three decks including a rooftop deck, an enclosed outdoor shower and of course, a private sandy path to the beach.

Enter an open and bright main living area with living room, kitchen, dining area, sitting area and den. The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with YouTube TV cable channels provided (stream additional content via Roku with your own accounts). wet bar and wine fridge. The dining area has a large table and the sitting area off the dining area is a great place to curl up with a good book. The nicely equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and granite countertops including a large center island with sink, workspace and counter seating. There is a den with a sofa and flat screen TV. Just off the sitting area is a lovely sun porch (fireplace is not for tenant use). There is a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower on the first floor. There is also a half bath off the kitchen.

The entire main living area has splendid water views of Cape Cod Bay. Large windows and multiple sliders to the deck provide plenty of light.

There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor has a hall open to the dining area below. At the end of the hall is a workspace if you absolutely can't get away from work. A door by the workspace opens to a small balcony with amazing views. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bedroom with a separate soaking tub and shower. The bedroom has full glass doors and full length windows providing wonderful water views. Privacy blinds on all doors and windows. The washer and dryer are located in a large walk-in closet in the master.

The other second floor bedroom has four twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a tub/shower off the hall. Gorgeous water views and sunsets from the hall, both bedrooms, workspace and bathroom.

The lower level has a bedroom with two queen beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this level. Lower level foyer has a work-out bike and weights.

The large wrap-around deck off the main living area has two picnic tables and additional seating. Portion of deck has a retractable awning. A sandy path from the deck leads through the dunes to the beach. Enjoy your own slice of heaven while swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing and following the rhythm of the tides.

A door from the den leads to the enclosed outdoor shower and an exterior spiral staircase to a large roof deck with Adirondack chairs.

In addition to the enclosed outdoor shower and decks, there is a gas grill.

Enjoy your day at the bay beach, steps from the house. Wiley Park Beach on Great Pond is only 1.0 mi away for freshwater swimming and kayaking. Explore the nature trails at Wiley Park and at connecting Nickerson Conservation Area--only 0.3 mi from the house. The property is a short drive to the best of Eastham, Wellfleet and Orleans--restaurants, shops, galleries, ocean and bay beaches and the Cape Cod Nationals Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
