The development and build of Palm Villa took over 5 years in the making and has been built to offer a luxury 5 star resort style experience all within a private luxury villa setting for customers looking for an intimate and relaxing getaway.

This modern LA style designed villa is accentuated with imported stone, and glass decor to make the ambiance more luxurious, relaxing, and warm.

Unlike other "luxury" villas in Chiang Mai, Palm Villa has been designed and furnished by a westerner and is incredibly modern in its design and interior.

No expense has been spared on the interior design and furnishings inside.

As soon as you enter the gates of Palm Villa, you are welcomed by the lush greenery, a golf green and secret bamboo bar on one side with a sweeping entrance lined with young coconut palms.

The 1100 square meter villa has 4 en suite bedrooms, each of them themed with luxury furniture and the most comfortable beds you can ever imagine!

Our ergonomic mattresses cost over 100,000THB each so you can ensure the perfect nights sleep.

The bedrooms all feature luxury rain showers and imported tiles which have been designed in a beautiful western style finish.

As you enter the large custom made door of Palm Villa, a stunning 3 meter chandelier graces the entrance which has been positioned next to an indoor glass waterfall, and a custom made raptor! The first of its kind in Chiang Mai.

The open indoor / outdoor living spaces are perfect for lazing around and feel like a seamless extension of the outdoor living areas thanks to large sliding glass panel doors overlooking our spa area.

Palm Villa has been designed to be a complete all in one entertaining space with several areas to enjoy for those looking to enjoy themselves in the evenings!

A fully replicated English pub, a unique wine spa and a rooftop palm villa roof terrace bar with the largest private Jacuzzi in Chiang Mai provides customers with everything they need at their fingertips.

You can also opt to make use of the fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen and prepare some afternoon snacks to be enjoyed at one of many open spaces throughout the property. Including our own coffee bar with complimentary coffee and tea!

The villa’s large garden is perfect for entertaining or games and comes with its own children’s playground as well as a golf chipping green.

Badminton and volleyball equipment is also provided for additional entertainment.

All year around, you have an unobstructed view of Doi Suthep where the most magical sunsets can be seen every night from our roof terrace.
