Small but mighty beachfront home!



The Space:

This beachfront home is perfect for your small family or group! Located in the heart of Crystal Beach you will enjoy sitting on the deck while watching the beach action from this quaint house. Shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Aloha Cabana is very close to the beach access road, so your toes are just moments away from the sand by car, golf cart, or walk.



Your morning coffee (from a regular drip coffee pot) and evening drinks will just taste better while outside on the deck, gazing at this amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico! This kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make your favorite family meals. There is a dining table inside as well as one on the deck for "al fresco" meals.



Bedroom one has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Additional sleeping is available on the queen sleeper sofa. There are flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedrooms, and high speed internet is available as well. You have the convenience of a washer and dryer!



Downstairs you can enjoy a BBQ meal from the charcoal grill, and gather around the picnic table while soaking in the awesome coastal views! There is also a fish cleaning station, sand shower, and a 1/2 bath downstairs.



Two dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with NO PET FEE! All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 2nd year to stay at Aloha Cabana. We chose to stay again this year because to the price and location. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness. The vent above the stove top had not been wiped down in what looked liked months, floors were not real clean, and the air filter was really bad. When we arrived, we turned the air down to 68 and the coolest it got was 75 and that was at 4 am. They did have someone come out. The unit needed to be replaced and they offered to move us to a different home. I asked if they could just get some window a/c's instead of us having to pack up (we had alot of stuff), they brought 2 out. We did appreciate. Overall, I would stay here again. I do not think they should rely on the guest to clean the house....because that is what it looked like to us.

Loved the house in a perfect spot on the beach. The only thing that would be better for me is a walkway to the beach from the house since I’m handicapped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was fantastic, even though the location is in the Zoo. The beds were comfortable but the couch was not. Also, there were no curtains on the windows, specifically the window that was close to the neighbor, who could easily see into the breakfast area from their balcony. There was no ice maker in the refrigerator but plenty of ice trays.

Yearly family vacation

Very impressed with location and cleanliness of the house.. location was perfect was just a few steps from the water and a few min from restaurants .. 8 min and we were in line at the ferry.. we will be back

Cute Canana & Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location. Very cute. But... it was dirty. Counters, floors, bath mats. Bedroom floors were very dirty & under beds. I know sand is impossible to keep out f a beach front house but this was not acceptable. Whoever is cleaning for you is not doing their job. We also had requested bed linens which were provided extra & did not use. We brought our own. If possible I do request a refund for the unused linens. The staff was extremely nice is setting up our stay. Thank you for the opportunity to communicate with you. Gayle

Cozy, soundproof, dog friendly, prime location

Amazing Central location right off the beach with easy access to the beach right over the dunes. House is not too large but just big enough for our family of (6) and (2) large dogs. So the price is very nice compared to the other huge beach houses we researched. Lots of Memorial weekend noise, but this house impressed with great windows and thick walls. The only sounds we could really hear were the fireworks but even that wasn’t that bad. It deadened all the loud speakers from the trucks when we wanted to get away from the noise. The porch has a gate that will close for the dogs to stay on and plenty of furniture to sit and relax anywhere in the house. The two bedrooms were large enough to fit all of us along with a pullout couch. We had to supply our own sheets and towels, but we do that anyway. Ladies at the real estate company were fast and friendly with getting us checked in and had great suggestions for more entertainment besides the beach. Pat Green was playing at Margaritaville down the road not even five minutes away and the beaver hut had a live band as well. Check out was a breeze and the check in (noon) an checkout (4pm) times are amazingly helpful in getting the full enjoyment from the property and not having to rush when leaving. Great experience and will defiantly rent this place again in the future.

Wonderful Vacation House

The house was nicer in person than in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the ice box/refridgerator did not work. It was annoying having to keep buying ice to keep our food cold. Also I do believe the stairs need to be reinforced. Management made changes to other past reviews so hopefully these things are fixed for the next tenant. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

But prices in general on all properties almost unmanageable We had to cut our stay time. Decor very welcoming made sure you knew you were at the beach.Kitchen nicely appointed. No ice maker but we always buy a bag of ice and the refrigerator stocked with ample ice trays and a bowl. The living area furniture was well worn but fine (2 of the dining chairs very un-steady). Ah, the problems of beach life: The outdoor seating cushions were covered in bird poop (bad grackles). Had to cover with towels to use. Cushion cleaning solution would have been welcome. (Would have been nice to have a couple of high chairs to see over rail. But that is owner's discretion.)House had no window covers in the living area. The side window looked directly at the neighbor's deck. A little too cozy.We did not order the linens because of short stay but in the past it wass well worth the extra.

Very Impressive

Absolutely beautiful property. Very spacious and comfortable for the size of house. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is amazing! Literally steps from the beach. My 16year old son said it well, the home and its views of the water and beach are incredibly impressive. We had a fantastic vacation, would definitely stay there again.

Winter Getaway

Not as advertised

This place was filthy and dilapidated. The best part was the balcony and it has slats missing so don’t bring littles. We didn’t want to touch anything. Dirt, dust, mold, mildew, rust, the “clean” linens we paid for had hair all over them and the towels would hurt you. The pictures are incredibly deceiving.
