We sincerely apologize for the challenges you experienced during your stay and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. After reviewing your comments we followed up with the homeowner who shared the following:-We haven’t received prior reports regarding the stove, but we will carefully inspect it to ensure it is fully functional and meets our standards.-We understand how inconvenient it must have been to have the garbage disposal out of service during your stay due to the electricity issue, and we appreciate your patience while this was resolved—it is now fully operational.-We weren’t aware that one of the chairs was broken and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’re already looking into replacing it to ensure guests remain comfortable.-The grill was relocated from the patio to prevent any potential safety concerns and protect the home’s exterior. For this reason, we’ve also removed the gas grill from our listing to maintain transparency and accuracy. We hope this provides clarity and reassurance, as we remain committed to ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional experience reflected in our many positive reviews.
