The Space:
This 1,281 sq ft (120 sq) 4th-floor condo inside a newly developed complex that promotes an ecological, spiritual and natural lifestyle coupled with modern luxuries and comforts. Guests will enjoy an eco-designed space blended with Tulum’s elements all in the heart of Tulum.

This top-floor corner unit features:

- Open living/kitchen/dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors for an incredible indoor/outdoor connection and flow of air, a sofa lounge spot with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for downtime moments at home.

- Direct access to two private terraces, one with sofa seating and a plunge pool with lush views of native vegetation!

- The living space offers lots of natural light and an extension from indoors to outdoors through all the glass doors with lush views of the grounds and eco-design finishes that offer a nice cooling effect.

- There’s a beautiful hand carved wood dining table with bench seating that accommodates at least 4 people for a nice sit-down meal with laughter and good conversation. Plus extra seating on the terrace just in front where you can sit outside and enjoy a coffee or pre-dinner cocktail.

- The kitchen is fantastic and fully equipped with all new quality appliances like a gas oven and stove, a microwave, and all the cookware you’d need to whip up a healthy meal at home. Also extras like a coffee maker for your morning jolt and a blender for your happy hour margaritas!

- This nature-inspired 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo can accommodate up to 4 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed w/ensuite bathroom
LIVING SPACE: 1 Double-sized sofa bed

- One full bathroom with sleek modern finishes, nice vanity space, and a spacious stand-in shower with a rainfall shower head.

This condo also has a pool onsite with hammocks and lounge space and a barbecue area. It will certainly be the escape you’re looking for! Find relaxation and a connection with nature plus amazing amenities inside this lush complex.

Plus, if you venture out, there are so many things to see and do around Tulum, so get ready for day trips! Everything from beach & water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Akumal, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, and so much more!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located inside the residential community which offers guests a unique connection with nature in a prime spot in Tulum.

- Get an authentic outdoor living lifestyle w/beautiful green areas and views in the heart of Tulum between the town and the beach!
- Bike or short drive to the beach hotspots, jungle restaurants, boutiques & eco chic nightlife. It’s easy access to the bike path just outside if you need to bike (or walk) to town, the beach or the grocery store. (Chedraui grocery store is across from the entrance to the city)
- Surrounded by lush jungle and nature's elements but w/ all the modern comforts & conveniences
- Check out Tulum’s little town for bars, restaurants, shopping or a walk through the park.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private transportation options as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.

The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.

There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. The cleaning service does not include changing the bed linens and towels. If you'd like that service, additional fees will apply.

Some home and bath essentials are provided like toilet paper, trash bags, soap, shampoo & conditioner. These items however are not replenished. If you need more, you must purchase more. And any other supplies needed during your stay must also be purchased.

Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. We ask that you please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check in property using a lockbox to access the keys. The codes and check-in instructions will be provided to you within 24 hours of arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything just send us a message.

Nice Condo
Pros: Condo was as represented online, clean, easy access/ check in, plenty of cups/ plates etc. Nice hot water and good water pressure. A/C worked well when needed. Cons: Elevators do not work. Pool for complex is more of a 1 lap pool. Plunge pool was kind of useless. There was a horrible smell when we checked in late at night. We opened windows and aired it out and reached out to manager who said they would send someone to check it out. Came back next day after being out to same horrible smell, thought it could be gas or pilot light since oven was not working. Management sent someone to do bubble test on gas lines and they all passed, so still don't know what the bad smell was, was management company was responsive to my texts.
