The home was clean, bright and welcoming. We loved having the ping pong table in the garage. We also thought the King size mattress was comfortable, other reviews mentioned it being too hard. Maybe it's been replaced but it was great for us. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a comfortable stay. A clean unit. We didnt have blankets for everyone and the management took care of it instantly

Perfect getaway

We loved the location, closeness to the beach, and activities available at the property. The only downfall of the home was the king size bed. it was so hard I felt like I was on a boxspring only, my husband and I had back pain all week.

Perfect location!!

Overall, the stay was nice. The house could have been more cleaned. Dog hair was everywhere and had a few dead bugs. Loved the location and amenities of the pool area! Would recommchanging the king bed as it was hard. Thank you the stay!

Upon arrival, not all bedding was available. We also noted there was absolutely no extra bedding or blankets. We didn’t bring any and often wished there were at least one or two extra for the person who felt extra cold. However, the issue regarding the missing bed sheets was remedied quickly. The floors were filthy and made all of our feet black. I swept the floors but there was no dust pan. All the window sills were also dirty. The place can sleep 10 people yet it offered no more than two dishwasher packs and one cheap trash bag that didn’t fit the can (which was also broken). We were also not warned ahead of time that the rental would not have more than one roll of paper towels and would not have any basic spices available. It wouldn’t hurt the owners to at least warn renters what they should be prepared to bring for the kitchen vs what will be available upon arrival. The pillows and mattresses certainly left lots to be desired and a good night sleep felt difficult to come by. The pluses were the ping pong table, the Roku TVs, and the neighborhood amenities. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this particular rental unit but I did appreciate the swift response from the management company regarding some of the other issues we had during our stay. I just think for the money they charge, it should be a much more nicely appointed place.

We’re glad our team was able to quickly address the missing sheets and assist with the other concerns brought to our attention during your stay. We provide a starter supply of essential items, and we send a “What to Pack” email prior to arrival outlining what is provided and recommending that guests bring additional paper products, kitchen supplies, and preferred seasonings for their stay. We’re sorry if this information was not clear or helpful in preparing for your visit. We also appreciate your comments regarding the mattresses, pillows, extra blankets, trash can, and kitchen supplies, as this feedback helps identify areas where improvements can be made. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the ping pong table, Roku TVs, and neighborhood amenities, and we truly appreciate your recognition of our team’s responsiveness.

Nice property

Property was clean and spacious. There is a parking spot in the driveway and also one with the room number listed in it. There are plenty of visitor spots too. Location was nice and close to the beach/activities. Kitchen was stocked. I give 4 stars only because we arrived late and there were no bed sheets as listed and the king mattress needs replaced. The property manager did respond quickly with any questions and brought sheets the next morning. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
