Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our cleaning schedule is carefully arranged between reservations, and we are unable to make exceptions.

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights in January 2026. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 1 toddler, and the property accommodated us perfectly. Everything we needed was provided, and it was clear that Natalya had thoughtfully curated the experience with great attention to detail.Natalya was extremely responsive throughout and even went out of her way to accommodate a last-minute request, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Awesome vacation

This property worked great for our family of 9..everything was very clean and the kids especially loved the swinging chair.. they even made a schedule for it.loved Ping pong table also...i would stay here again if we're ever in the area

The house was clean, bright and very homey! There was lots of seating indoors and out so our family of 7 was able to use the space comfortably. We especially enjoyed that the back yard was fenced so our son could play without us worrying where he was. Natalya was very helpful and responsive to messages and questions, especially on check in day when I had trouble locating some small items.One thing I would recommend is to bring your own kitchen towels and face cloths/hand towels for the bathrooms.

Very nice, quiet & clean place, enjoyed the stay, parking for the beach was the issue, even got a parking ticket for 120 dollars, wish we knew that before we got the ticket. Besides that excellent place to go.

Misleading

There is misleading information in the description, you need to read everything carefully. We chose the property so each of us could have a bedroom with a comfortable bed. Because there were 4 adults, the basement rooms were locked. We had a need for the laundry, one of the first things in the listing, but we weren't staying long enough to be able to use it. Little things like extra garbage bags, hand and tea towels weren't there.It is a nice home and we enjoyed our stay but it wasn't what we had expected.

Very nice place to spend weekend even weather did not cooperate. A lot of space and everything what you need for comfort stay was there. Very recommend.

Unfortunate leak

Our group arrived at the house and after settling in we tried to log onto the wifi we noticed we were unable to connect. the owner then contacted me asking if there were any issues, and I stated we were having trouble connecting to the wifi. She reported that she received a notification that the thermostat was off line which is why she called. I offered to go check the router and reset and that I would call her back. During that time another person in our party used the upstairs bathroom shower and I noticed there was a leak with water coming down into the electrical panel/plug where the router was. I immediately turned the water off, provided a video to the owner, & unplugged the router. I sent the owner the video and called her, she said her husband would be there in about 10 minutes to check on it. Almost an hour later he arrived with no communication of the delay. I informed him if the issues with the router and the leak to which he responded ā€œwell did you use the bath upstairs?ā€ I informed him I did and his response of ā€œwellā€ & body language implied that this was the obvious reason as to why this happened. We were never told not to use the bath/shower upstairs, & if an issue was known we should have been informed. The electrical panel was Then covered with a garbage bag as a solution, & after over an hour with tech support on the phone informed us the router was broken likely due to water damage and they would come back tomorrow to replace. No instructions re bathroom

Nice

Rooms with multiple bed made it really easy and nice for our group of friends to stay. The main sitting area was nice to hang out. The extra fee for extra people was tough cause not everyone was able to come.

Comfortable and nice

We meet new year with friends and families and enjoied the place. The location was so good that we were able to go Barrie and attend the new year ev with firewoks. Only, recommendation from my side would be to have the garbage bin

We really enjoyed staying at Natalya place. House was very clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed.Ā Natalya was very quick to answer all our questions. Unfortunately, weather didn'tĀ  cooparate so we didn't have chance to learn more about local amenities.Ā We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful and clean home, but read the listing in detail

The home was immaculately clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. There were additional costs, which in retrospect was in the listing which we must have missed. The infrared sauna is $20 per adult and 2 adults can sit upright in it. There was also an extra charge of $50 per person over 6 people. Only 1 bag of garbage is allowed. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and were not given access to the washer/dryer (this was in the listing as well, but we must have missed it). It would have been nice to use the dryer for our towels after being at the beach all day. The oven only has 1 rack in it, which made it a big difficult baking for 9 people. I would also suggest bringing your own bakeware, as there were no baking sheets to use. The backyard was huge, and the firepit was was fun to use. The hammock is a great size, but did have some mold on it. The beds are very comfortable and we had plenty of room for 9 people. The owner was quick to respond to questions and helpful. Leonard Beach was very clean and a very short walk. A parking pass is available with a deposit (which was refunded immediately after check-out).
