Hi Robyn, we're glad you enjoyed the location and the view of the beach! We want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We sincerely apologize for the issue with the A/C. Once we were made aware of the situation, we responded immediately. Due to a water leak in the building and maintenance shut down, it blew a beaker in our A/C unit. We did however get the A/C functioning again on the second night. The situation unfortunately was unavoidable but we did the best we could to resolve the issue and credited you for the inconvenience. In regards to the wrist bands, it is stated in the listing and pre-stay email that they will have to be purchased at the property along with the parking passes if needed. This information is visible to the guests prior to arrival. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
