We are glad the location, linens, towels, and parking met your expectations, but we are deeply sorry for the unacceptable cleanliness and maintenance problems you encountered upon arrival. Finding an uncleaned toilet, black grout, a dirty bathroom floor, and a foul-smelling garbage disposal is completely unacceptable and well below our standards. We also sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the turned-off refrigerator, the difficult door lock, and the dim lighting and dusty blinds that made your stay uncomfortable. We take your comments about accuracy and hygiene very seriously. Our housekeeping and maintenance management teams have been notified immediately to deep clean the unit, fix the disposal, service the door mechanism, and review the listing photos to ensure they accurately reflect the cabin. We appreciate your honesty, as it allows us to take immediate corrective action, and we apologize again for failing to provide the quality stay you expected.
