Cottage 1, called the Lovely is a quaint cozy 400 sq ft. It has a new queen size bed, 55" tv, wifi internet, kitchenette with keurig coffee maker, fridge, high end toaster oven, and induction plate. Modular sofa in living area, with propane wood stove. also has a small deck and bbq.
Cottage 2 called the Lodge is 800 sq ft with one bedroom with queen bed. large kitchen with fridge and oven. large family area with great views to the lake. Also has a washer and dryer. Large deck with gazebo and bbq, internet and 55"tv with netflix, Disney plus and Prime
The new bunkie called the Loft has one double bed on the main floor and a queen in the small loft, has power as well.
The entire property was professionally landscaped last summer and includes a fire pit and decks at the waterfront.
The new waterfront dock includes a large sitting area with umbrella. It's 6' ft of water off the dock so just dive in. there is also a swim raft just off the main dock. Includes 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, older canoe and life jackets.
The drinking water if from a newly drilled well and is perfect and safe to drink.
4 minute drive to Tims, beer and grocery store. 5 min drive to Town of Haliburton.
