Thank you for sharing this—we're so glad your room was clean, quiet, and felt safe, and that the location worked well for you. It's great to hear the shower door issue was handled quickly. We're happy you were satisfied with the facility overall.

Thank you for the kind words about the location and cleanliness. We’re sorry check-in and the shower experience fell short of expectations. We checked the front door and slider locks after reading your review and found them working properly. The building number is included in the check-in instructions, and we responded promptly when contacted. We’re glad the on-site contact helped you get settled quickly, as we want every guest to feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay.

We’re glad our responsiveness stood out during your stay. We’re currently working on upgrading the internet to a higher speed, and we later found that the TV remote had become out of sync, which limited access to the available channels. We would've been happy to help troubleshoot the TV issue during the stay had we known about it. We appreciate your feedback regarding both the WiFi and TV experience and will keep it in mind as we continue improving the home for future guests.
