Amazing common/living space area to hangout, kitchen was a great space, lots of counters. A lot of kitchen items if you need them. Lovely welcome gifts. The host was super cool. Great location for us. Doc was easy for our boat.

My family had a wonderful time last week. The house was large enough for us to spread out and there were plenty of activities for the kids. They fished , swam and played board games. We ate until we were about to pop and our host made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I had coffee on the deck each morning and watched our kiddos enjoy the water. Our 6 year old couldn’t stop catching the little blue gills until her little bucket was full and then we let them go. She bragged all evening about catching more fish than anybody. The steep incline down to the water was no problem for our young adults and kiddos, but we old people didn’t venture down.This is the best vacation we have had in years and I hope we get to do it again. Thank you, Lou Ann, for taking such good care of us!

Family get away

Great place to stay. We have a large family & this place had room for us all. The patio area isn’t very big but in the Oklahoma heat having an air condition great room was perfect for us.

Wow! What an amazing stay! It was perfect for a multi-family get together! First time for the kiddos on the lake & they had a blast! From jumping into the lake from the dock to playing ping pong & Ms Pac-Man & Uno this place was the best! Long table for family dinners & beds for everyone! Can’t wait to come back next year.

It was very spacious and included all the extras we needed. I would have preferred a dedicated ladder for our boat slip so the kids could swim easily and get back on the dock.

Excellent place to stay on Grand Lake

The property was more spacious than we expected! Plenty of room inside for our large group. VERY well cared for and exceptionally clean. Communicating with the owner was fast and easy. Absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it for other large families/groups!!!

Great family Vacation

This place was huge. The kitchen and the eating area had plenty of space to prepare meals and eat. The two bedrooms with the en suite bathroom were spacious and the two other bedrooms have plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Boat access was easy to get to. Lots of board games to play, a ping-pong table, foosball table, and a miss Pac-Man video game to keep us entertained. Family had a great time.

Friends Getaway

The house was great! The layout allowed to have some space for our entire group. It was nice having a dining table that we were all able to eat at together. The bunk room slept adults no problem. The rooms are huge! We plan to book again for our annual getaway!

Great stay at Grand Lake

We were very please with the house, plenty of room for our family of 9! Enjoyed having access to the dock since we rented a pontoon for 2 days. Getting to the dock is a little tricky with all the stairs for my husband and me since we’re in our 70’s but we managed! The deck is small but enjoyable sitting out in the evenings, plus our kids loved the ping pong table! Thanks we loved it!

Great Location and House

The house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of space and everything we needed: we had everything for cooking, games for kids, linens, everything. The house is close to little blue and the Disney trails if your there to off-road. The neighborhood was quiet and nice by the lake. Extra parking for trailers below definitely helped as well! Will definitely be looking to book again in the future! The hosts were great as well!

Memorial Day Crew 2023

We enjoyed staying here. Lots of space to spread out. We also enjoyed all he games they had there. The dock was close and easy to use. Ramp isn’t far away. Kitchen is spacious and there is a dining room table large enough for everyone to eat at together. Our family and friends were happy with our stay here. Might just have a few more large towels available.

Memorial Day Trip 2023

Everything went great! Lots of space for family & friends to spread out. Games were a hit every night after we got back from a long day on the water. Private dock was very nice to have. Boat ramp close by. Lots of communication with good directions ahead of time. We would stay here again. Our group range was 16-53 years old and had a blast.

Offroad Park

The house was very close to the Disney Offroad park below the dam (3 mins) and the property had plenty of room for my truck and trailer to park (very important when I rent). House had lots of room and the kids loved the Arcade machine and ping pong table. The host was great with communication making sure we had everything we needed. We did not use the lake but it was right outside the back door and stairs to the boatlifts.

Property not cleaned thoroughly

We mostly enjoyed our stay but there were some issues with cleanliness that were a big turn-off. A lot of dog hair! White dog hair blew out of the vents when the ac kicked on. It was on the extra blankets and sheets, between the sofa cushions, under the beds and coffee table. The refrigerator and freezer had not been cleaned thoroughly, especially the produce drawers. The large game room was enjoyed and served as a gathering place for other family members who were staying in another Vrbo home nearby. I probably would look elsewhere if I ever return to Grand Lake.

Plenty of room for large family

Our three families of fifteen enjoyed our five-day stay at this lakeside home, in spite of air conditioning issues (that the owner assured me will be addressed before the next renter.) The family/game room was especially helpful to keep our grandkids entertained and provide extra space to sleep. That room had a great view of the cove, though it would have been easier to sleep late if the windows had something more to block the bright sunlight early in the morning (bedrooms could use that too.) The balcony was a nice extra (could have used some chairs.) This property can be a little tight getting vehicles into, especially if pulling a trailer, but it does have extra parking available. We knew there would be steps involved but not as many or as steep as we encountered (no handrails either.) The covered boat slip was especially nice to have.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The dock is back in a cove so you don’t get damage to your boat from rough waves at Grand, which I really liked.

Fantastic Host!

Our hosts were extremely easy to communicate with! We needed a skillet for breakfast, they went and bought one. I had an issue with a Jeep part, they found me a welder who could do the repair that evening. Above and beyond my expectations and experiences with VRBO hosts. The house has been fully updated and remodeled. It was clean with adequate towels and linens for our number of guests. We will be back!!

Great getaway for family and friends!

We stayed here with our family and friends for a total of 16 guest! It was nice to have a crib and high chair ready for us when we arrived, rather then us having to bring ours with us. Our kids loved all the activities this house has to offer! The host are great at communication if you ever need anything! The house was so spacious, and nice to come in and cool off after being in the sun all day! The lake is just below the house and the boat dock was very nice to have as we brought our boat with us! Overall we had so much fun and can’t wait to come back next year!
