Rancho de Valle del Norte is within walking distance to Steel Bender Brewing and Casa de Benavidez – a traditional eatery serving up classic Mexican fare.



The home is ideally located near the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, the world's largest hot air ballooning event and said to be the most photographed event on earth. The balloons will fly right over Rancho Valle del Norte with such proximity to the Balloon Fiesta.



The home's main living area includes a comfortable leather lounge, Smart TV and a fireplace for warmth and ambience. The stunning newly remodeled kitchen is the true heart of the home and is fully stocked with all you need to cater in style. The dining area houses a custom solid timber dining table with seating for 8, so it's the ideal place to enjoy mealtimes together in style.



There's a 2-car garage and plenty of parking on site plus a there’s a fully enclosed, beautifully landscaped yard with a covered patio. The ideal space to sit back, relax and take in the spectacular mountain views and Sandia Sunsets.

Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 40 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.

- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in which ever is sooner.



House Rules:

• No local guests allowed within 50 miles of property

• Must be 25 years of age to book

• Guest must complete Check In Form to agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.

• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am

• No smoking on property or consuming Illegal substances of any kind.

• No parties or events

• No moving furniture or appliances.

• Must obey house Occupancy Limits.

• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.

• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.

• For stays over 30 days, a mandatory cleaning will be required every two weeks, with the applicable cleaning fee charged accordingly. A background and credit check will also be required.

• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it. If lock smith is required guest will pay locksmith bill.

• Guest agrees to report any issues at home to Host immediately.

• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home.



Peace of Mind

Every stay includes up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection, subject to the policy terms and underwriter approval. Damage from smoking, intentional acts, pets, landscaping, house rule violations, and damages exceeding $3,000 is not covered. Additional exclusions apply. Guests are responsible for any damage not covered or exceeding the coverage limit.



- We only accept dogs that weigh 40 pounds or less for a pet fee of $250 per pet, and a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No other pet

types approved.

- Home is professionally cleaned including all bedding & linens

- Full size laundry

- No parties. The house is in a very close-knit residential compound. Outdoor noise shut down by 9 pm on weekdays



Covid and other Communicable Diseases Restrictions

• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories

• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission and other communicable diseases with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus or other contagious disease including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.

• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
