Great home! Nice, quiet area. Easy access to restaurants, shops and beautiful beaches. House is roomy and well-stocked with kitchen necessities and beach chairs, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location- could walk to shops, beach, trolley stop, well equipped house. Lots of space and great for the family. Issue when we first checked in but this was sorted really quickly without issue by the management. Kids loved the pool, loved the terrace at the top in the evening, looking at the sun setting. Recommend staying here.

Perfect Island Home

This was perfect for our family vacation! It is close to everything, but staying at home was fun also. The games in the garage and the pool was a big hit with our kiddos. You can walk to Manatee Beach which was awesome, but we rented a golf cart to get to other places on the island, which worked perfectly!

Beautiful Home

This home is in a Great location. Short walk to the beach, Publix and CVS. Having a private pool was awesome. The place was clean and fully stocked. We all loved the rooftop lounge!

Lovely property

The house was roomy, comfortable, clean and well taken care of - exactly as pictured. The yard and pool area were beautifully landscaped and the 3 decks were awesome. I would recommend the house to anyone, especially large or multiple families.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Island Oasis and would consider staying again in the future! The layout worked great for our family. We had a few small issues with the pool at the beginning of the week and the fridge didn't get as cold as it should have and the ice maker was not functioning but overall, we had a great week!

Fun Week

Loved that house! So pretty! The stairs were rough on the old timers but the layout, the decor, everything was beautiful!

Wonderful family vacation!!!

We rented the Island Oasis to celebrate our 30th Anniversary with our family and had a wonderful time!!! Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful and the house had everything we needed and more! It was in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach and the grocery store. We rented a golf cart which I highly recommend. We drove it everywhere around the island and it was so much fun!

Late Summer Get a Way

Great location! Easy access to grocery store, a few restaurants and of course the beach. House had everything we needed in the kitchen and even a good grill out on the patio. Very cool to have some breakfast on the roof seating area and watch the sun come up. Was there for a week with my wife and adult children and everyone was very happy with the home. We would stay there again for sure!

The house was beautiful, just like the pictures showed. Pool was fabulous. Location was perfect.As for the Cleanliness…it wasn’t. I needed to wipe down the kitchen counter top and island-they were gritty, like sand/dirt were on them. Wiped down all bathroom sinks and toilets, didn’t feel/look clean. Swept up dead bees, palmetto bugs, and spiders upstairs in double bed bedroom, on the floor, window sills, in the “Dresser”, hall closet, upstairs bathroom, downstairs living room(at least they were all dead). Swept and vacuumed the main floor floors- dirt,especially by the baseboards. Rocking chair in living room had sand in it-didn’t clean it-tired of cleaning. Garbage disposal didn’t work or the outside color lights. Called in to let them know about those two items and started with the “cleaning”, and was told he would put the work order in for disposal but the other things he doesn’t know about and would have “Andy’ call…never heard from him or anyone. Maintenance showed up and fixed the disposal-that was wonderful. The gentleman was very nice. Other than the cleanliness and no colorful lights outside lighting up the house(granddaughters were disappointed), we did enjoy our stay. I would prefer not to start my vacation off by cleaning. Would stay there again with hopes it would be “cleaned” like it is supposed to be cleaned and would have loved to see the colorful lights. Maybe next time.

beach location

We were somewhat disappointed on the ease to get to the beach. The house was spacious and we especially enjoyed the 3 bathrooms! We could tell that it was clean and cared for.

Outstanding Home

Great property. The only downside is that it is just off the main road a bit so you hear a little traffic out by the pool. Otherwise, no complaints. Very well stocked kitchen, new washer and dryer, very comfortable beds and a nice little pool area. We would stay again.

Great vacation house on Anna Maria Island!

This place was super clean and spacious for our family vacation this year. It was the perfect distance from the beach where it was a short walk or bike ride. Super close to a lot of convient places (you can even ride your bike to Publix). The house was great, really nice setup and pool. The crows nest up top was also very nice. The garage also had all you would need for your stay with beach chairs and beach toys, etc. Overall 10-10 experience, would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

We loved this home, its location and easy walk to the beach daily! The garage is packed with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and a wagon to bring it all. We did rent golf carts and there’s a little hidden golf cart only parking on the beach that made it all so easy. The pool was cold but we still enjoyed it on the windy days when we couldn’t go to the beach, they had lots of pool floats too.

Fully stocked and great location

The house was perfectly situated mid-island. We parked our car and didn't have to drive the entire week. The free trolley pick up was right near by and it could take you anywhere on the island, and was quite reliable. I've never seen a house so well stocked with absolutely everything you need.

Beautiful home.

The house had everything that we needed!! Beds were very comfortable. I only gave 4 stars because the pool was not heated and the pool got only a few hours of sun but it was beautiful and peaceful.

Great vacation!

This property was perfect for our group of several families and children. The location was great, close to grocery and to the beach, and the house was very well stocked with kitchen gear and towels. The pool was great for small children since it had a good number of shallower stairs, and there were lots of pool floats and all kinds of toys. The furniture was all very comfortable and in good condition. We also appreciated the built-in baby gates at all the stairs. Highly recommend this house!

Family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! We used the private pool all day everyday! Loved it! Walking distance to the beach, Publix and CVS. Quiet area. The house itself had everything we needed from beach and pool supplies to kitchen items. Loved the layout of the house also, each bedroom had their own private area which was nice since we traveled with my family and my parents. We could have our own space when needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house, great location!

Great bedroom set-up with comfortable beds for our family of 4 plus grandparents. Loved the location mid-island, walkable to Publix and Manatee Beach was amazing, golf carted around everywhere else easily. Small pool but enough for 2 young kids, must arrange (and pay additional) for heat ahead of time. Not happy with rental company but property manager was great when needed. Highly recommend!

island get a way

This was a great property for my wife and I. Location was close to everything we needed (restaurants, grocery store, beaches etc). sour rental car was never used from the time we arrived until we left a week later. Super easy island to navigate. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We particularly liked all of the outdoor functional space this house had to offer. If you are heading to Anna Maria Island- this is a home you should really consider.
