A Ring Camera is located at the front of the house monitoring the driveway and front entry. This is used to monitor real occupancy and in emergency or disturbance situations only.

To maintain a peaceful environment, our property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system. This system only measures noise levels (in decibels) and does not record any sounds or conversations.

Please note, while our home has been updated, it was built in the mid-80s. Minor issues typical of a home of this age may arise, but we will promptly address any maintenance needs.

Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
