AND COMING AT THE END OF JUNE 2024 - a private pickleball court!

The pavilion has a large wood fireplace and seating area that is available for year round use. In the warmer months, the pool area has a full bathroom and ice machine.

Use our 55-foot private dock to attach your own private watercraft, catch some fish, or just chill in the sun.

Soak yourself in our 9-person therapeutic spa. Have a PIZZA NIGHT and make your favorite pizzas in the outdoor ALFA ONE pizza oven which is always a great bonding experience with family, friends and co-workers.

Enjoy the inside gourmet kitchen ready to serve large groups which includes a Double Oven and Thermador Gas Range top.

The game room offers dual basketball challenge, air hockey, ping pong, pool table, poker table, foosball and a karaoke stage with a Karafun Karaoke system! Plenty of strobe lights, stage lights and DJ Lighting to set whatever mood you desire. Outdoor activities include volleyball, pickleball (June 2024) kayaking, horseshoes, batting cage, a Swingsesh swingset ( a child's playset that doubles as an adult fitness station)Cornhole, Tetherball and so much more.

Ski at Hunter Mountain or Wyndham, an average 40-minute drive from the home.
After a full day at the slopes, come back and soak in the hot tub. Nothing better than the large open view of the Hudson River, the star filled sky, and a snow filled 3.5 acre back yard while sitting in the spa.

There are two Wilderness Pungo 120 Kayaks at the home for your use.

*PLEASE NOTE - the house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, The owners, neighbors and local law enforcement will not tolerate gatherings that do not follow the Town laws with loud noise, unruly behavior or disrespect of people and property. Due to past renters not following the guidelines, we will not rent to adult only groups under the age of 30. We understand the need to get away with friends for a weekend of partying, however this is not the location for those parties.

This is a smoke free and pet free home.

Our home is located a short distance from many ski resorts, hiking trails and golf courses as well as many local farms, wineries and orchards where you can pick your own produce or take a hay ride. If its shopping malls you want, the Albany Crossgates Mall is just a 25 minute drive away. Hudson, Catskill, and Woodstock are great towns for a day visit and just a short drive away.
