This house was absolutely beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The security of the neighborhood was excellent and made us feel very safe throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the septic and the washer, but the response was immediate—they showed up right away and fixed everything quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

The property and the grounds are beautiful with absolutely stunning views and a great location! The home was perfect for our group and we were able to snorkel on the reef just outside the beach area, make sure to bring water shoes as the entrance is rocky.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation at this villa in Curacao. The property was even more beautiful and well-maintained than we had imagined, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every amenity we could have wished for was readily available, making our stay incredibly relaxing. The location provided breathtaking views and easy access to all the island's attractions. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

This was a beautiful home that was large enough for the 14 people who were here for a family reunion. The beds are comfortable and the rooms, including the kitchen, are well-appointed. While we all wished there’d been AC in the main part of the house as it was very hot, we understand that this is not typical of homes in the area. We also were sad that there is no safe way to swim off the private beach. The only complaints were the fact that the hot tub never worked during our 10 day stay (Andras kept saying the owner insisted on using his own people, but nobody showed up til day #7 & they couldn’t fix it). This, on top of the theater projector not working and the bed bugs that were discovered in one of the rooms, put a damper on our trip. To his credit, Andras got his people out there in under an hour to address the bed bug situation (they replaced the entire bed and sprayed the room after we’d removed clothing, and no one saw any more bugs during our stay).

We splurged on this property which was bigger than what we needed for the theatre room. Unfortunately the equipment was not functioning during our stay. The sound system was broken and there was no streaming services, even the DVD remote was missing. We had the property manager out a few times but there was nothing that could be done. I understand things break but it was the theatre room that drew us to the property we wanted to relax and watch movies at night and we could have saved money on a smaller place. There was also a lot of broken glass on the patio when we arrived and two in our party had to have glass removed from their feet.

A Beautiful Getaway

Villa 303 was the perfect location for our mixed group of 14 adults--three generations of family & friends were represented and the property offered spacious lodging and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well-appointed for cooking group dinners. The dual dishwashers, separate beverage fridge and standalone ice machine were very convenient for a group our size!Bedrooms and bathrooms are large, modern, and well-appointed. We appreciated that the 6 bedrooms in the main house were all similar. (When accommodating a multi-family group splitting costs, it's nice not to have to "draw straws"!) The 3 bedrooms in the cinema building were smaller and shared bathroom facilities, but this was suitable for the family that shared that space. Everyone was comfortable.Coral Estate Divers was convenient for the 8 divers in our group. Tank rentals/swaps were easy and economical and the "house reef" was so nice we dove there several times during the week. (Night diving was especially good there--easy entrance/exit & navigation, interesting fauna, and mostly calm waters.)Communication with the management company and owner was good, and both were responsive to issues that arose throughout the week. All were resolved to our satisfaction and we had a lovely vacation.

Beautiful get away

Though we did have a few bumps with internet and laundry, those were resolved in a couple of minutes and didn't interfere with our stay too much. This was a perfect home for our large grouo of 16. We loved our stay!

Was once a beautiful home

Lots of small things chipped away at the 5 stars.Small things like all the overgrowth due to lack of landscaping, no hammocks despite the appearing half a dozen times in the listing, lukewarm water for showering, water kettle that was disintegrating was only replaced on our last day, etc. etc.The views, the number of rooms and the location still make this a wonderful home. However, you can tell that ownership has fallen out of love with the property and is in it strictly for the income while reducing costs to a bare minimum.

Spacious home

The home had plenty of space for our group. Many areas to hang out and enjoy the beautiful property. Beautiful views. Property manager was responsive and helpful setting things up for our week on the island.

A/C only in bedrooms and three rooms are in different building

Very spacious and grand house, but three of the rooms are located in a different building making those guests feel like they aren’t part of the group which could be good for people who want to get away. The hot tub is broken and the a/c units in two bedrooms were being fixed as we arrived but one didn’t last long, however the owner was quick to fix it when we brought it to their attention. Lots of bugs so make sure to pack your bug spray. Two fridges and an icemaker so was perfect for the amount of people this house can accomodate…..and plenty of dishwasher and cooking utensils.

Beautiful Home but upgrades are needed!

Beautiful home, but located far away from the city if your looking to hangout, grocery store, etc... There is no AC outside of the bedrooms, one of the AC's stopped working in the bedroom, i reached out to the property manager and she responded almost 8 hours later that no one will be there until the next day. This was the second time we reported issue with the AC unit. Needless to say my friend had to sleep in sweltering heat that night. Another AC in a different bedroom stopped blowing cold air as well. The Hot tub never heated the water and the the equipment in the theatre room is antiquated and did not work properly. The location is beautiful but upgrades are needed. Needlesureached out to

Perfect Vacation

We had eight ladies staying at the house. Everyone loved it! The house was beautiful. The water in the pool was surprisingly cool and felt wonderful! We had 2 scuba divers on the trip and the rest were snorkelers. None of us felt comfortable attempting to swim out in front of the house due to the rocky coastline, even though we all wanted to try. The way the waves crashed into the jagged rocks, it would have been impossible not to get banged up while trying to get back out of the water. Aside from that, we loved the house, the massages and the private chef!

The view was amazing. The main House was plenty big for the nine of us. The pool area was fantastic. The kitchen was dirty , the appliances, the dishes, drawers. Flies and gnats everywhere, a lot of our party had multiple bug bites, part of island life. There were a couple cats that begged for food and water every day. An iguana swimming in the pool. Lots of crabs. We would not go in the ocean at the house, rough rocks. The beach at the resort close by was OK, good snorkeling . Marfas and VIP Grill had good food. We visited Grote Knip and Klein Knip beach, beautiful water and good snorkeling. Bring water shoes .

Great spot for large groups

The setting was fantastic. Coral estates is a large group of homes that has private security to get in and out of the property. Airport is about a 30 minute ride as was a large supermarket. Williamstead was about a 50 minute drive. In the Coral Estates property is a resort that had lodging, two restaurants, two cafes, and a scuba diving operation The house had many different areas where smaller groups could hang out. Inside the house was a dream kitchen and a dining table that could easily seat 16 people

Great place to connect with friends

Beautiful home with excellent beds and plenty of space for a friend reunion. Super clean, communication was excellent, and the extras - massages and the chef - worked out well for our group. The hot tub and the cinema room weren't working, but otherwise all was great. We enjoyed it!

A week away!

10 friends and family ages 11-70. The house had plenty of room to spread out when needed and room to gather together for diners etc. when you wanted. Brigitte was great throughout the whole stay! We asked to have a few basic groceries at the house when we arrived and she made it happen. Her recommendations for catered diner, masseuse, private boat charter were all perfect. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, but the main part of the house was not and was very warm the whole stay. Bring bug spray!

This house is incredible!

This is an amazing home and property. Our large group stayed here and we all felt the home had everything we needed and more. It never felt crowded because there were so many different spots around the home to hangout in to get some peace and quiet. The view is incredible - we saw so much amazing wildlife around the home all day long, and of course the beach itself was simply gorgeous. There is fantastic snorkeling right from the property as well. The pool, hot tub, and kitchen amenities were excellent. Communication with Brigitte was easy and quick. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more!

40th birthday

We (14 ppl) had an amazing time at this property. The house was great, the view, recommendations for food, massages and private chef from host were awesome. Wish the beach area was finished so that we could utilize it more but other than that it was perfect. Be sure to bring water shoes in order to get in the beach because of the rocks. Be careful leaving the doors open due to all the iguana and lizards hanging around. Also, its about a 40min drive to a lot of the areas you see on social media but that wasnt an issue since we rented a car (FYI download map.me for navigation). And be sure to have several converters for your devices if your coming from the states like us. My Wife had a VERY happy 40th birthday!!

Beautiful property

Property was exceptional, very spacious and clean. My family enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor feature of the home. For a group of 17 plenty of space to spread around. The pool was great to use and go for a dip especially since the beach isn't suitable for swimming. Brigitte was a great host and accessible when needed.

Best Vacation

Our group had a great time. Its a very good property with a lot of activities to do at the house and resort area. The beach is rocky getting in the water not ideal for swimming but its great for snorkeling. Would recommend going to anyone. Already looking into buying a house down there :-)

Pretty property.

6 options to summarize our stay 1. Cleanliness of property- 5 stars 2. Check in process- 3 stars. Directions were off which became confusing to find the property. 3. Accuracy of online listing- 3 stars. The beach is a man made beach. It does not offer the assumed/natural easy walk in to the ocean. It has a 20ish foot sand area and then a rock drop off that REQUIRES swim shoes to protect your feet. I wish i would have known this prior to booking because the "private beach" description was one of the main features i was interested in. 4. Communication with property manager- 2 stars. This one hurts. In the beginning i was extremely thankful for her Communication and also helpful tips regarding other ways to enjoy the Island. Because the area is so private my husband and i felt safe to have a moment outside. A few minutes later the property manager does a SURPRISE VISIT. Had she come a little earlier it likely would have gone legal. I had told her earlier that morning that there was an issue with the pool but it wasnt alarming. I just wanted to respectfully inform her of the problem. I asked her if they used chlorine tablets. She responded with "Morning! Yes. The poolservice comes twice a week. Will inform them!" There was NEVER a heads up that ANYONE would be coming on to the property during our stay. No maintenance personnel and especially no surprise visits from her. The property manager is aware of my disgust in her choice. Location and neighborhood- 5 stars.
