Cliff Villa is a spectacular 9,350-square-foot private residence perched approximately 40 feet above the Caribbean Sea, with panoramic views across the ocean, surrounding mountains and Curaçao’s protected western landscape. A dramatic 140-foot wraparound magnesium infinity pool follows the cliffside terrace, while a private path leads directly from the villa to the Caribbean Sea and a small beach below.

One of the most incredible features of Cliff Villa is the snorkeling directly below the property. Walk down from the villa with a mask and snorkel and enter clear Caribbean water filled with colourful tropical fish, coral, sea fans and other marine life. There are no boats to catch and no excursion to arrange. The reef is quite literally at the bottom of the garden.

Cliff Villa has six spacious bedrooms, including two king primary suites and four queen bedrooms, comfortably accommodating groups of up to 12 guests. Five-and-a-half bathrooms provide plenty of space for families and groups travelling together.

The villa is designed around indoor-outdoor Caribbean living. Retractable glass walls open the main living areas onto the pool terrace, creating an enormous shared space overlooking the sea. Italian marble runs throughout the residence, and two underwater windows offer a remarkable view directly into the swimming pool.

The chef’s kitchen and dining area are designed for everything from relaxed family meals to private chef dinners. Amenities include two glass-front LG refrigerators, two dishwashers, two ice machines, a professional espresso machine, an 86-inch Smart TV, premium sound system with karaoke, billiards, table tennis and fitness equipment.

Outside, guests have exclusive access to the wraparound infinity pool, private pickleball and bocce courts, extensive terraces and the villa’s private path to the sea. Professional Nikon binoculars are provided for watching the coastline, birds and marine life from the property.

Cliff Villa is located within a gated community on Curaçao’s scenic western coast, surrounded by an extraordinary natural landscape. Secluded Caribbean beaches, a full-service dive shop, fishing, caves and grottoes are only minutes away, while Willemstad is approximately 45 minutes by car.

A private path leads directly from the property to the water and small beach below, giving guests the rare opportunity to swim and snorkel directly from the villa. A secluded Caribbean beach and full-service dive shop are also approximately five minutes away.

The villa is located within a gated community with 24-hour security, villa management and concierge assistance. Grocery provisioning, airport transfers and other services can be arranged in advance.
