Very nice condo community

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very accommodating and clean. The area was very quiet. We sat on the balcony every morning drinking coffee and watching for the gators. We finally saw one. The only disappointing thing about the condo is that we were not aware the pool was not included in the cost of renting the Condo. Most days at the beach were double red flag days so we had to find something for our grandsons to do which cost extra money. However, we enjoyed every moment of our vacation and will go back soon

Wonderful Beach Stay!

Loved our stay. Plenty of space for our group to be together or spend time apart if wanted. House was stocked with everything we could have needed and then some! We felt right at home. Homeowner was super responsive and answered all my questions promptly! Can’t wait to come back!

The property was perfect for us. A little misleading in the quote with all the additional charges. Cost twice what was expected. The condo was very well equipped. Would certainly stay again.

Honestly was a really hard place to leave a review because there are so many pros and cons.Pros- it’s a very nice townhouse. Tons of room, and the host was helpful and let us check out late. Very nice quiet community. Her being helpful is why i’m having a hard time leaving a 3 star review but whoever is managing the property for her isn’t doing what they should and didn’t meet the standards of someone spending 2,000 to stay. Ac works great Con’s- there’s a 40 per person fee or 100 per family PER DAY to use the community pool so the pool is not included in the stay which is very misleading for family with kids. There was no extra toilet paper and the rolls that were there were half used so we ran out of toilet paper mid-stay along with paper towels. There was no trash bags no sponges or dishwasher pots. There was clothes left in a drawer along with tags. Trash under beds. Door handles were falling off and the clicker to get into the community after hours is basically broken we had to push the buttons with a pen to get it to work. In the picture of the closet had boogie boards and might sound stupid for some, but my son was so excited for them and they were indeed not in the closet nowhere to be found for my son. The water filter needs to be changed in the fridge the water doesn’t taste good and in the nicest way possible take 5 business days to fill up a glass of water. One of the oven knobs is broken so the hot button is always on.

Veteran vacation at the Peninsula

First, let me start off with this. The property and location is good. The Peninsula is Amazing place to stay. The unit (Lisa Hopkins) was nice. The reason I don't give this unit. The best score a perfect score was for the privacy intrusion that we encourred. My wife and I and my daughter were headed to the beach to enjoy the beach. One morning my mother who is disabled stayed in the unit. The owner of the unit was outside in the storage unit. We had a nice little conversation. She was a fan of the cubs. We were the fan the cubs great conversation we left thinking nothing of it shortly after we left she decided to end it. Enter the property without even telling us she was going to do so and walked in on her so that was in the unit. I'm sure she's gonna say that she run the door bell but again like I said our mother is disabled. It takes time to get to the door but instead she came in pretty much. Unannounced, mother was in a nightgown now I don't know about you. But I find that a huge Invasion of Privacy and for that reason I do not recommend staying at Lisa Hopkins unit unless She can tell You She will not. Do that or give you a heads up if she plans on doing that. This is my review.

We loved our stay in town for our son’s World Series baseball tournament! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Lots of privacy but still close to everything

Beautiful property!

This condo was beautiful with high end details. Very comfortable beds, living room furniture and plush carpet. The drive to the public beach was not bad. Only about 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. I would stay here agafor sure!

Our girls trip was amazing and our condo was fabulous. Ms. Lisa was a terrific hostess and the condo was clean and full equipped. We most definitely will stay here again.

Amazing Experience
