Set in quiet, peaceful surrounds and north facing, you can enjoy the winter sunshine streaming through the huge glass windows during the cooler months.
It offers guests the best of both worlds - a relaxing, comfortable retreat whilst also providing easy access to Moonah golf links and other golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, Rye foreshore and pier, Gunnamatta surf beach and an array of the finest wineries.
HOUSE FEATURES:
Newly extended, this home is well appointed with quality appliances and beautiful hard wood floors and furniture. It features 4 generous bedrooms (2 with ensuites), 3 bathrooms in total plus a powder room, 2 living areas with comfortable sofas, 5 Smart TVs with Netflix and Stan and 2 cosy gas log fireplaces. The open plan kitchen and dining room makes entertaining easy, and the brand new laundry features a washing machine and ironing facilities. From almost every room you can enjoy stunning views of the Moonah trees, the coastal landscape and beautiful sunsets.
The newly landscaped front outdoor space features alfresco dining with a large market umbrella, a new built-in BBQ and seated fire pit area, which is great for entertaining as well as relaxing. The rear outdoor space is another lovely area to enjoy, and also features a new built-in BBQ. With so many entertaining options, you can prepare a delicious feast in the well equipped kitchen or on the outdoor BBQ's and enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. If you choose to dine out there are many restaurants, cafes, wineries and breweries close by.
This home is well suited for a getaway with friends or families, however due to the stairs it may not be suitable for young children. It is ideal for a golfing holiday, there is even a set of golf clubs for guests to use, and the scenic paths throughout the estate provide a great opportunity for walking or bike riding.

Full Kitchen facilities with dishwasher, microwave, Breville Barista Espresso coffee machine (there are 2 coffee machines - 1 with grinder and 1 with pods) and a walk in pantry
5 x Smart TVs with Netflix, Stan, Kayo Sports and Fetch TV (2 of the TVs in bedrooms)
1 x Table Tennis table, 1 x set of Golf Clubs and 2 x Kayaks for guests to use
WiFi (WiFi service can be intermittent on the coast, we cannot guarantee access/quality of service, especially during peak periods)
Split system heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms, ceiling fan and 2 gas log fireplaces in the living rooms
Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities
No Pets please, property is not fully fenced
This house has stairs that may not be suitable for young children.
Parking on driveway and in double garage for 2 cars only.

PLEASE NOTE: The Vic State Revenue Office (SRO) short stay levy will be added to the total cost of your booking (on top of the quoted amount), excluding the bond and credit card fees.
This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
A security bond is $1,000 for this property
The driveway is steep and is only suitable for vehicles with higher clearance such as most SUVs. Please check carefully for clearance underneath your vehicle at the entrance to the garage.

Beautiful house with plenty of space and nice location

Our family had a great time staying in this well designed property. So close to the hotspring and the beach. The table tennis table was a great entertainment for us. The fire pit was also a nice feature in those cold winter days. Communication throughout the booking and start was smooth. Thank you
