Guest can access the home24/7 with easy self check-in using smartlock technology. Guest will also have access to the large two-car side of the garage and side RV parking.

You're a short drive from Scottsdale's best, including WestWorld, TPC Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Quarter, ideal for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Old Town Scottsdale, with its vibrant nightlife and local culture, is just 20 minutes away, while Sky Harbor Airport is conveniently located 25 minutes to the south for easy travel access.



Getting Around:

With excellent access to major routes like AZ-51 and Loop 101, getting around is a breeze. Reach Sky Harbor Airport in around 25 minutes, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Other Things to Note:

This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.



The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.



This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 001566



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
