Tucked between Piestewa Peak and Camelback Mountain, Biltmore Highlands is a 2,831-square-foot home in Camelback East Village that offers a luxe 4BR/2.5BA retreat for up to 11 people. High-end finishes add charm inside, while a pool, covered patio, and grill await in the expansive mountain-view backyard. Additional highlights include a 70' RV garage!
LIVING
One open room to make sure all your friends and family can be included! The complimentary colors on the furniture and artwork in this home make it feel as if you aren't so far from your own home. Mid-century and modern aesthetics make Biltmore Heights this home a perfect spot to relax around the smart TV.
Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances, and soft-close drawers. Nibble on appetizers at the four-seat kitchen island. Then sit down for meals at the dining table for eight.
BED & BATH
Make yourself at home in the tranquil primary suite, complete with a queen bed, direct access to the backyard, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a smart TV, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and a walk-in closet. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a TV. Prepare snacks in the small kitchenette, and dine at the table for two. The en-suite half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOORS & AMENITIES
Ultimate relaxation awaits in your backyard oasis. Sip morning coffee under the covered patio and take a dip in the private pool (completely refinished). Then host an afternoon cookout on the gas grill. In the evenings, roast marshmallows around the gas fire pit. Play ping-pong, or billiards in the garage.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. A new HVAC system and water heater ensure maximum comfort. Parking is available for six vehicles (four in the driveway and two in the garage). The 70' garage can fit an RV. This one-story home provides step-free access. The fireplace is not functional.
LOCATION
Major crossroads are 51 Fwy & E Lincoln Dr. Enjoy the relaxation of a quiet, private neighborhood near the base of Piestewa Peak. Drive minutes to reach the Piestewa Peak Trailhead and set out on a scenic hike. Browse thousands of species of cacti, trees, and flowers at the 55-acre Desert Botanical Garden. Or, book a tee time at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club -- home to two premier golf courses.
Additional Fees may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation. No Pets Allowed Pool heat is optional and an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Must let Host know at least 3 days in advance. Note: once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key. Pack N Play: $40 p/item High Chairs: $40 p/item Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
House Rules If you bring an RV, please park it in the RV Garage. 1 RV Only. Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
For your safety and security, there is a Eufy camera at the front door. There is also a Aluha camera on the front patio, and side of the house.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. Loved the beauty of the area, the location of the property, the terrific customer service from host along the way, and the open floor plan layout for our family gathering. We did find most of the furnishings to be basic, on the cheaper end and not very comfortable (living room couches, chairs, beds, etc).

Detroit Lions Trip
Had 4 friends come from out of town and stay at this property. The home was very clean, had great amenities and was conveniently located. It was only 4 min drive to a great hike, 30 mins to Wildfire golf course and 30 mins from State Farm stadium. Great property.

Great property, shouldn't be on VRBO with amount of property management data and payment requests
Property is great. Low use of VRBO features for fees and information exchange. Heated pool fee is expensive compared to other homes. Furniture in home needs repair, kitchen chairs barely support a kid. Great location.

Great Location and Home
Two families with teen kids. Great location - very nice and safe neighborhood. Higher end homes and host house. pool is great. The converted garage large room with the bunk beds is the only way into the Master inside the house (which is pretty clear from pictures). With nice weather easy to walk outside to enter into kitchen and let kids sleep. Plenty of space. Great hiking right down the street. Some suggestions: Ping pong table is great - available ping pong balls would make it perfect. House can sleep 10 - but no pans big enough to easily cook for 6. A dish towel / rag for kitchen would be nice as only had one roll of paper towels given to clean kitchen/dry hands ..along with one dishwasher pod per day and one garbage bag per day. As stated there are no cooking spices or oil - so get salt and cooking spray, so don't ruin the pans. overhead fans, AC all great, huge garage space - written instructions for BBQ would be helpful. Very Nice home - hosts respond / communicate well

Tournament of champions
We stayed for 5 days due to a volleyball tournament in the area. The checking process was easy, the house was very clean. A couple things I need to mention… the cell service was spotty at best. We kept dropping calls or would not even get phone calls. Our text messages would not go through at times either. This was very concerning as our phones were on SOS mode almost the entire time. Also, the beds were pretty small in all the rooms. I believe they were either queens or double beds. In the 2 larger rooms, king beds would be nice. Finally, the couches were not comfortable at all. On one you could actually feel the springs coming through on your butt.. I also believe someone came through the house when we were not there. We had gone out to dinner and came home and the trash cans were at the curb…they were in the garage before we left. Kind of creepy.
