Kitchen has quartz countertops, a farm sink, and is open to main living area. This condo sleeps 6 guests. There is a nice master bedroom has a king size bed with balcony access and moonlight window. A barn door leads to gorgeous ensuite master bath with marble, tiled shower, walk in closet. Second bedroom also has views and is furnished with 2 full size bunk beds. Hall bath has marble countertops and tile surround for tub/shower combo. Sliders off the family room and master bedroom lead to a relaxing balcony - plus storage closet. This condo was perfect for our family of 5! Check-in was super easy. Everything was clean and just as pictured! The location is perfect. It was within a mile of the restaurants and boardwalk. It faces the bay side, which was a perfect place for our 5 year old to swim. We just walked across the road to the beach when we wanted to play in the sand and waves! The complex was quiet and everyone was super friendly! We will definitely be back!

Property is as listed and the location was perfect for us! We enjoyed the views and would highly recommend! The place was very clean, the grounds and pool and kept immaculate, and the beach was gorgeous! The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking.

The overall condo is very nice! The particular condo we stayed at has been updated and had all we needed. Overall cleanliness was good. Short walk to the beach. Family mostly area. Very easy check in and check out

Very nice but needs a thorough cleaning

The property location was perfect for us and the unit was nice. The hallways smell like urine. The sofas and pillows in the unit are dirty and smelly. We had to cover them with extra sheets that I found or we would not have been able to sit on them. Lots of pillows are not necessary and only allow more dirt and germs.

Beautiful relaxing vacation

This condo was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The balcony view was beautiful and relaxing. Loved the gated parking lot, the pool and the short walk to the beach. Communication with host Sam was easy. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very nice.

Overall the stay was quite nice. I would not recommend visiting this property during blue angels week. As stated in the description, there is parking on site. However, during this week the parking lot became full, there was not a single place to park. My assumption is that local residents were utilizing the gated parking lot for parking for the blue angels. We had nowhere to park and parked near a curb and woke up to our car having been towed.

We loved this property! So clean and ā€œuser friendlyā€. Loved having the washer and dryer. View was great, and the kids loved that we could go right down to the small beach. Enjoyed the large pool as well! Everyone we communicated with throughout our stay was friendly and helpful as well. We definitely will be back next time weā€™re in Pensacola. Thank you!

Beach get away

Very nice, I would stay there again. There is only one bunk bed with full-size mattress on each bed. The unit look like it had been recently remodeled and very nice. All the beds were comfortable.

Great condo and communication!

Loved the room, all the details were well thought out. The view from the front door walking in was beautiful, and the space was larger than we thought, better than the photos!! Communication with management was excellent. We had an issue with the washing machine and they were right on it and got it fixed, and at a convenient time for us. Excellent location, and excellent stay, we will be back!!

Beautifully appointed and delightful location.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen is a delight to work in and everything you need is provided. Being able to walk directly out to the beach on the bay side was so wonderful and we ate picnic lunches out there daily. We would highly suggest this property and will book again next year. Thank you

Spent some time getting together with family

Property was amazing, great location for just getting away on the beach, quite and was very safe and the neighbors we saw were nice. Gated parking and building with no wait to check in, love the self service. We will definitely be coming back.

Great property!

This property was fantastic! The owners did a great job with this place. Everything is well done is this condo. The master bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Property manager was very responsive upon arrival and made sure we knew she was available for anything.

Great place in ideal location!

We had a great week. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with comfortable bed, and also supplied with what we needed for cooking. The location is excellent because you can walk to the Gulf beach in a couple of minutes, or out the back door of the building into the bay in even less time. It's also easy parking and a short drive to pretty much everything you need - groceries, restaurants, activities, etc. The pool was really nice too - we barely used it though because the beaches so convenient. My kids (8 and 10) absolutely loved it - great family vacation.
