Pristine direct Gulf view two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers easy access to the Gulf, Santa Rosa Sound and pool all located a short walk from your door.

The furnishings and decor' are beautiful and upscale. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, private bath with jetted garden tub and beautiful custom tile work and private gulf facing covered balcony. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and shares a bath with the living area. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, solid surface range with custom tile back-splash, dishwasher, garbage disposal and raised breakfast bar. The living area has a covered Gulf facing balcony and the sleeper sofa bringing the total sleeping to six.

This condo offers tandem covered parking for two vehicles and elevator for guest convenience during arrival and departure.

Another great vacation

Pickens so you are not within walking distance of the boardwalk and restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the rental place was great, I did not like traveling 12 hours and just bought cold foods and can't get into place until 5:0, Not Good. The check in area is not in a good place, need to have like other places where the code is sent to me and I do not have to go to the check in area, since I already signed papers and send in. These two things needs to be looked at

Beach Vacation

Great rental experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Words can't do justice to the unobstructed view of the gulf from this home. The property was clean, quiet, and had everything our family needed for a weeklong vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. Location cannot be best. Very nicely decorated. I would recommend large cooking pots. We were cooking pasta and there was not a pot to handle it. I would recommend to Paradise Beach Homes to supply their properties with better paper products. When 1 ply toilet paper and non absorbent cheap paper towels are supplied it is a reflection of being cheap, which I do not think they are.

Our ice maker didnt work but the staff made that right for us by bringing us. Washer didnt work.

The place had great location and nice helpful staff. The only issues we had was the washing machine didnt work which made it very hard with children with special needs. And the ice maker didnt work

Nice Place to Stay at the Beach

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for us as we like to stay more low key. The grounds were being renovated during our stay but overall well kept. Our rental was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of five. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a family and was well stocked. The balcony was not usable for about 5 days of our trip due to renovations but we could still view the beach from the large bay window and that was nice. I enjoyed that we could access the beach out front and the bay behind the complex as well for different scenery. The pool area was large and had comfortable lounge chairs, but the rinse off station was not working. The office staff was very kind and helpful.

The ice maker wasn’t working properly in the place and we called said they would have someone come out Monday and never heard or seen anyone they did bring us 2 bags of ice which was really nice. We did enjoy the stay but not sure we would rent at the same location again.

July vacation

Palm Beach club is at the west end of Fort Pickens. We stayed during Blue Angels week, The condo was in great condition, very clean and taken care of. Semi good view of the ocean, mostly blocked by palm trees and the ice maker for the refrigerator wasn't working during our stay ,however the kitchen was a great size and master bedroom had a great layout overall I would stay here again. We also bought a week pass for gulf Island national seashore, 25.00 used those beaches seemed a little less crowded.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very clean, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately it is located across the street from a public access area. There were a lot more people in that location this time, and a lot of them were very loud, and left trash everywhere. So we ended up staying over on the sound side for most of the week so we could relax.

Never had to get sand in our vehicle from the easy access to the beach. The condo was excellent as well. Loved how it was set up! The only problems was as the floor looked clean, it wasn't. Our feet were dirty from just walking about and my toddlers knees, feet and hands were dirty/black in the first 30 minutes of walking through the door. The bath also had black substance around the jets, etc.

Love the condo

The perfect location, loved the condo, great layout, nice neighbors, only dislike was the condo wasn’t ready at check in time, the property manager gave us a gift card to go to a local place to wait. She also said she was going to refund the cleaning fee. Not sure if the fee has been refunded yet. Overall we would stay at this condo again., condo gets 5 stars

We normally stay closer to the boardwalk area but this was a nice change the beach was less crowded. The pool overlooked the bay great for sunset watching. The Kitchen was large great for having multiple cooks working. There are no grills on this complex but the park across the street has charcoal grills for your use if you want to cook out.
