Stunning décor includes quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and ceramic tile planking in gathering and high traffic areas, with luxury vinyl tile planking in the bedrooms. Tasteful furnishings have been selected with a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Hundreds of square feet of decking give everyone room to spread out, read a book or enjoy the view. You may have trouble getting the kids away from the house with all the fun in store here. Choose from the pool table, smart TVs for gaming and streaming, the ping pong table under the deck, and corn hole set up by the grilling station.

Don't forget the pool! The Large pool deck gives ample space for sunning and watching the kids play volleyball or basketball in the pool, or soak in the 8-person hot tub under the stars. Don't worry about spring or fall! There is pool heat available for an additional fee so you can enjoy as much outdoor space as you want!

The beach access is only three houses to the end of the cul-de-sac. This neighborhood is known for great beaches. With larger lots and fewer homes it is not as crowded as some other areas of the beach.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
