Hop on one of the cruiser bikes provided and explore Bend like a local! A meandering stroll through Bend's charming Westside neighborhood will take you to Drake Park in minutes. Cross a foot bridge to the center of downtown, or head South and walk 8 minutes (.4 miles) or a 4 minute bike ride and end up at 10 Barrel Brewing and the Bend Ale Trail.

There is a TV in the master, as well as a master bath with a glass shower and a large, porcelain bathtub. Gorgeous linens and down duvets in the second bedroom, with a King bed. The third bedroom has two Queen beds with a bunk over the top of one.

Hillside Park is a great place to get out for a walk or trail run, only .6 miles from your front door. Drake Park and beautiful Mirror Pond are less than a mile away.

Bend Fishing Trip

The property was ideal for our stay; super convenient for groceries, restaurants and bars. Place is very clean, and the check in process was very easy. I only had one reason to contact the owners, and their response was very quick and very helpful (issue was very minor and very quickly resolved). Would definitely stay here again.

The house was located in a terrific area. The grocery store across the street was a super plus. There were cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. We were close enough to downtown to walk. The check-in was very easy and the communication was thorough. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything: towels, pots/pans, dishes , utensils, soap, etc..

We had a great stay here. Very clean and well stocked. We were very happy with the location and the street noise didn't really bother us. The Newport Market across the street was a huge value add as well as the many little coffee/cafe shops. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! Location was perfect for what we needed! The AC had trouble keeping it cold enough but it was pretty hot outside. Thankful for whatever AC we did have! Would definitely stay again!

Location and spacious!

We enjoyed our spring break at this home with our 2 teenagers. Walked across the street to a fabulous market. Down the street for coffee, and a great meal/drink! fabulous location and spacious! Kitchen and lovely home had all the amenities we need. Surprisingly quiet for the location too! Slept great in the beds! We'll be back!

Better Than The Photos

We honestly were shocked to find that we thought the place was better than the listing made it appear. We love the location as many of our favorite restaurants were within walking distance. The property was large and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. We came from a city so the traffic noise others mentioned didn't bother us but I can see how some wouldn't like it. Overall we liked it so much we extended our stay a day and will be booking again in the future!

Very nice spacious house

We really enjoyed our stay in Bend, the house is large, has a very well equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. We knew (from reviewers) it might be loud and it was especially in the early morning hours when stores got the deliveries.the grocery store accross the street is amazing, as is the local walkable coffee shop. We enjoyed our stay, the main opportunity was with the cleanliness of the floors.. housekeeping missed dust and hairs on stairs and the lower level floors were very dirty as well, towels were in dryer Vs hung in place. The bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean, this is a great house for larger groups. If they address the cleanliness this is a great place.

Nice property, great location, close to a 5star

Really enjoyed this rental. Plenty of room and a nice layout. Having a garage space was a bonus. The layout of the rooms created good space and privacy. Furniture was comfortable. The dining space and great room were good for us to host Christmas Eve gathering and dinner for 9 people. A couple of minor things that come with wear and tear on a rental but we informed the property managers and they were appreciative of the feedback. This location was fabulous as well. Great grocery store across the street; walking distance to cafes, pubs, coffee shops and a long walk/easy drive to downtown Bend. This rental made for a nice family holiday. Thank you.

Great space for family or group getaway

We love Bend!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful, stylish and spacious home. It accommodated our group of 6 quite well. It was impeccably clean and well stocked with all we needed. The location is convenient. We took advantage of the wonderful market right across the street! It is a fairly busy corner, fyi, and because of that there was definitely road noise. Those super sensitive to sound may want to choose a sleepier neighborhood. We loved the fairly close proximity to the river trail which we walked along each day. Do be aware, if you have back issues, the master bed is incredibly soft. Some may love that, not so great for my husband. Overall, it was a fabulous stay! We would recommend this home for sure!
