Experience the authentic Bend lifestyle when you wake up to sunshine and walk across the street to Drake Park and the idyllic Deschutes River. Stroll to downtown and enjoy one of the many great restaurants, breweries, galleries and shops. Walk across the bridge and the ultra-popular 10 Barrel Brewing Company, your starting point to the Bend Ale Trail, is a mere stroll away! Hop on a cruiser bike that we provide, and ride along the river to the Old Mill District to enjoy an IMAX movie, shopping, or riverside dining.Ā 

World class bike trails, paddle boarding down the river, live outdoor concerts at Hayden Homes Amphitheater, and the winter shuttle to Mt. Bachelor are all right out your front door when you are our guests at the Riverside Cottage.

Relax on the wide front porch and watch the day go by - Bend style! Or, cozy up in front of the fireplace and watch TV. The open floor plan is ideal for families and friends!

Create a gourmet meal for the entire family in the fully stocked, newly remodeled kitchen. Enjoy your meal on the deck with friends, cook out on the huge gas grill, or relax in the salt system hot tub under a desert sky filled with stars.

Downstairs is designed for fun in the spaciously remodeled family room. Play a game of foosball, enjoy the comfort of the second fireplace, spread out with the whole family for Ā or take a quiet rest and enjoy a great selection of books for all ages from the library.

A third bedroom with a double and twin bed is also available downstairs. This is a great set up for multiple families with kids or groups of friends! The 1800 sq. ft. has a cozy cottage feel while providing room enough for everyone without feeling crowded.

This house is fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a one of a kind Bend vacation. All of the beds are super comfy with fresh clean duvets and high thread count linens. There is a washer and dryer, free wireless internet, Ā and cruiser bikes for you to explore Bend!Ā

Relaxing week near Drake Park

Property is clean and sleeps 7 comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and made it easy to cook dinner at home and eat at the large dining room table. Location makes it easy to walk to the park or downtown.

Charming Cottage with a Great Location

The Riverside Cottage is full of charm and so close to everything! The house is well equipped in the kitchen and tons of fun games! The beds are comfortable and the house is so close to downtown, breweries, Old Mill district, Drake Park (across the street) and Hayden Homes Amphitheater. Such a great location! This will be our first choice to stay when we go back to Bend!

Perfect location and clean house

This was the perfect home base for our weekend in Bend. It was the perfect location, walkable and bikeable to everything. Property manager was easy to work with as well.

Great Ski Cabin In Downtown Bend

Perfect location close to restaurants, breweries, shopping and more. The ski resort (Mt Bachelor) is just a short drive away. The layout provide ample space for sleeping and relaxing while the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day on the mountain. Thanks for sharing a piece of your winter wonderland!

Awesome home & location

The house was perfect for our family vacation - 5 people & our dog. And the location couldnā€™t be betterā€¦ walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and of course the river. We really appreciated the floats and bikes provided as well as the hot tub. This was one of the best homes Iā€™ve ever rented!

The house had plenty of room for 7 adults. Sleeping arrangements were as advertised. Location to downtown and river couldn't be better. Hosts are very clear about check in / check out instructions.

A beautiful May in Bend

A lovely house located by the river and Drake Park. An easy walk to downtown and all of our favorite breweries and restaurants. Check in was easy and the house was well appointed so it was easy to do some cooking at the house. I would look to returning here if I have Bend in mind for my next holiday.

Perfect Bend house

I've stayed here before and coming back was a good choice. There was plenty of space for me and my 5 friends to hang out, it's so close to all the Bend happenings. The host was very helpful and all the things worked well. Highly recommend.

Great house near the park

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. We stayed over Thanksgiving - the house was well-equipped for a making Thanksgiving dinner. We walked to Drake Park every day, and to Downtown for Black Friday shopping. We also did the "I Like Pie" run/walk (Bend's version of the turkey trot). So much fun! Thank you!

This home is very cozy and had a great layout for our group. I would definitely rent this home again. The location felt very safe - itā€™s a quiet neighborhood and a close drive or walk to locations we wanted to go to. Itā€™s an older home with the cutest details! I appreciated having more than enough towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. We have teens and they loved having their own space in the lower half of the house. The driveway is large enough to fit an SUV and sports car without being in the sidewalk. The upstairs bathroom door sticks pretty bad, to the point you feel like youā€™re trapped (this was a constant source of laughter for us )

Charming Cottage, Great Location

This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Easy walks to breweries, coffee shops, artisan shops, and a walkway along the river. The host is amazingly responsive to requests. We had an issue with turning on the heat during an unusually chilly few days and after I sent an email, someone was at the house within 10 minutes. We had a 6 month old infant with us and no one in the downstairs bedrooms could her the 4 AM wake ups! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

This house was the perfect home base for our stay in Bend. We rode our bike from the house the Phils trailhead and on the way back from riding stopped by the amazing Sparrow bakery for an Ocean roll. We walked to town, both Old town and Old Mill for dinner each night and even got a day of skiing in, with the house being only 25 minutes from Bachelor! I can't say enough about the location, and the home itself was really comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

So much character!

Sweet, lovely home that was perfect for our family and perfect for any family really. Itā€™s close to EVERYTHING we hiked, played disc golf, shopped, ate delicious food downtown and cooked in. Perfect for a family game night and a super way to celebrate all being together. Exceptional! Thank you!

Cute bungalow

Location, location,location! One direction is a 10 min walk to downtown Bend, the other is a 10 min walk to Mill District. This fit my family of 6 perfectly. The beach cruisers were an added bonus. Wish we could have used the tubes as well. We will definitely be back!

The Riverside has all the charm of an Old Town Bend cottage with the added benefit of a lower level family entertainment room that gives a larger family or group of friends a chance to spread out and not feel crowded. Our favorite benefit of the Riverside Cottage is its location. We love coming to Bend and walking everywhere! The cottage is literally just across the street from Drake Park, and just a short walk to Downtown Bend through the charming Old Town Neighborhood. We also love being so close to the river, and the bike and walking paths to the Old Mill.
