This home is a one of a kind, with views of the jumping bridge. This is an award winning floor plan by Max Fulbright 4500 square ft. of simply gorgeous. Open floor plan, yet with very quiet intimate spaces. 2 very lg. covered decks with lg. 8 plus seating table, very comfortable and handicap friendly, every room has a view of the jumping bridge. A complete private drive way with plenty of space, not to be shared with the neighbors. Complete concrete walk to the lake and fire pit, with a deck landing to your private dock. Gorgeous landscaping with private corn hole, and hammocks nestled in trees. Fischers View has deep water year round.

Fischer's View is a wonderful lake house, with unbelieveable views. This new build house has it all, and more! A dock with two boat slips provides plenty of space for multiples boats. With a unique new ladder that will make it easy for the parents to get out of the water or in our case a owner with two new knees. This home features Direct TV, access to wifi, which isn't the best because of our location, but who needs wifi when you have beautiful Norris Lake to keep you busy! Fischer's view sleeps up to 30 guests and has large outdoor seating areas, perfect for grilling out and entertaining. State of the art 60' Smart TVs, a double washer and dryer, 100 lb. ice machine, covered decks with ceiling fans, perfect for lounging after a day in the sun. The hot tub provides some good relaxation during the evenings. There is a community pool and basketball court for extra activity. Fischer's View offers private parking, a large stone fire pit, 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a lower level game room are just a few of the amenities. This house is in close proximity to the jumping bridge for those daredeveils and Sugar Hollow is just a quick boat ride away. Large kitchen with 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was great. Owners were very responsive to issues. Suit of arms was loved by the boys and the massive bean bag was an added bonus. The deep water was perfect for the daily freezing cold jumps into the lake for new years!

Check-in was a piece of cake. Facilities were outstanding. We’ve stayed at several other properties a few doors down the cove. Everyone said this was the best house we’ve rented. The owner was very timely in responding to texts.

Awesome Place, Awesome Lake

The house was over the top, everything you need for a great time is provided. The ice machine was a godsend, the lake is incredible, looking forward to coming back in the future!

Perfect Location Awesome House

The house was every bit as good as advertised; and unlike some other houses was have rented at Norris had much more than expected, plenty of quality pans, dishes, and silverware...plenty of towels, spare blankets both for beds and a basket full in the living room for use on cooler nights sitting on the deck. Sitting in the hot tub and watching people at jumping bridge was icing on the cake.

We stayed at the property with four families, 10 adults and 14 children ranging from 12 -18 yrs. old. The home met all our needs. Plenty of space for each family to have their own bedroom/bath and the house never felt overly full. Being close the jumping bridge and several marinas made this VRBO an ideal rental for us.

Absolute Heaven

It was our first ever Lake vacation and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was gorgeous and the water was so clean and warm. The Fischer’s were wonderful to work with. Would for sure go again

Fun at Fishers view

This was an excellent location for family reunion. Everyone loved the home and everything it supplied for our use while we were there. The lake was gorgeous and was great for skiing, tubing, and just swimming off the dock. It was also quiet and relaxing. LOVED IT!

Perfect Place!

We were thrilled with this property and our stay. More than enough space for our entire group. The location to the lake is amazing! Firepit, porches, decks and docks were just the icing on the cake. We will book this property again. Thank you!

Beautiful House

We absolutely loved this house-from the décor, to the outside balconies, the ice machine, the hot tub, game room, kayaks and paddleboards. There were many cozy nooks where you could get some solitude if you wanted. Great location by the jumping bridge, which was so much fun. Fantastic communication from the owners. We are already booked for next year.

Fischer's View is a wonderful lake house. The size and layout accommodated our large family gathering of three generations for Thanksgiving week. The bedrooms were very well laid out, with space for each family and bunk rooms for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with new dual refrigerators and dishwashers, pots & pans, baking dishes, etc. It provided all we needed for cooking, including a Thanksgiving feast. We also appreciated the pantry shelves to store our supplies. The laundry featured two washers and dryers, a nice bonus. The house is situated on a very steep incline. This is manageable, but does require caution. The lake view is beautiful. The game room (including a shuffleboard) and technology provided additional entertainment and diversions, so most of our time together could be spent in and around the house. The hotub was another bonus. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to questions, needs, and requests.

Perfect Home for Our 2022 Family Thanksgiving Week

This home was Perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving Family gathering…!! With family from Illinois to Georgia it was an ideal 1/2 way point to All be together under 1 roof for a week. Kitchen was Amazing for preparing and serving Our Feast..2 of everything…refrigerators, ovens and dishwashers….plenty of room and comfortable beds for all 5 families…kids and adults Loved the Arcade games and the huge kitchen table for our game nites..!! Thank You Todd and Cindy for being responsive and Great Owners..!!

Great home!

We had our 4 married children there and all the grandkids and we loved it! It was the perfect size for all of us! They have a fully stocked kitchen which was nice. Plenty of 9x13 baking dishes and pots and pans, etc… wonderful commercial style Keurig and a regular one as well. The ice maker was awesome to have for making smoothies and drinks and for going out in the boat to have for a cooler! The 2 paddle boards weren’t available which was disappointing but they had kayak's the kids enjoyed as well. (They did get 2 new ones on order) The game room got used quite a bit, the kids and adults both enjoyed them!Great views for sure and the hosts were easy to get ahold of with any questions we had.

Great for ALL ages!

This house was perfect! The main floor master worked well for my aging parents, the downstairs was perfect for the teens. Even the 5 year old enjoyed the bowling game. The kayak's allowed for small groups to paddle away for some solitude and Oasis watersports delivered a pontoon that allowed us to sample some local restaurants via the water. Much needed break! Thank you to our hosts.

Great vacation home

We absolutely loved everything about this vacation home. It had the WOW factor, everywhere we turned someone said “wow, look at that”. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had plenty of room and everything we could need. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree decorated and actually the entire house was beautifully decorated. The games were nice (except for the arcade game, we could not figure out how to get it on, that’s was on us ) and the fire pit was wonderful down by the water with firewood chopped and ready to use. The host Todd was very nice and responsive. We would love to come back to this vacation home.

Everyone was extremely happy.

Well-stocked and ready for a large crowd. Lots of tables and places to eat, and lots of spaces to nap or socialize. Lots to do at the dock and lake. The breeze and being up in the trees was awesome. No problems at all. Owners are attentive and quick to respond to questions. Have rented several VRBOs over the years, this is probably the favorite for large family group with so much to do for so many ages. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful Lake front home! Lots of extras and excellent for multiple families!!!

The Fischer’s View House did not disappoint! This amazing lake front home has everything you need for a fun week at the lake. It's located in a quiet cove with an amazing view and easy lake access. There is plenty to do at the boat dock with Kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad and hammocks. The house is spacious for multiple families and decorated beautifully. Our family has had our eye on this house the previous years we rented at Norris Lake. We are so happy we had the chance to stay at this home. The owners were welcoming and added special personal touches. The Fischer’s View House is by far our favorite and one we want to rent again and again!!

Beautiful property

We enjoyed all the amenities that this property provided-- including 3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers & dryers, and a huge ice machine! We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom as well. There were a couple of issues we had that were addressed quickly. The house was perfect for our family, except for our wheelchair-bound granddaughter. The steep hill and many stairs were not handicap-friendly. Overall, we had a great time and would come back again!

Great Stay

Look no further, pick this house! Our family of 25, ages 70-3 just returned from a fantastic family vacation at this home. There was plenty of space for everyone, we never felt on top of one another yet there was tons of room to prepare meals, eat together and have fires at night. The whole group LOVED the games here and the water toys provided. The view was also incredible. We enjoyed watching people jump off the bridge, and we were super close to a marina. The kitchen was the most stocked of any rental I’ve ever been to and we typically travel to them twice a year. We taken this trip every other year for probably 10 years now and typically go somewhere new each time but all agreed we come back to Norris and specifically this house again b/c we loved it so much!

Todd and Cynthia were great hosts and were only a text away!We were a group of 15 people ages 15 to 74. This home had everything! We cooked everyday! Kitchen had gas stove and double oven and came equipped for any meal you want to prepare (down to 2 crock pots as well)! Plenty of cookware, glassware, utensils and plates. Plenty of refrigerators and washers and dryers! The huge ice maker was a big PLUS as all of us had our personal water bottles that we kept full of ice water for our lake shenanigans.We brought 2 jet skis and a boat and the dock had plenty of space. Sugar Hollow Marina is a 5 min ride (or less) so very convenient location. House is absolutely beautiful and very spacious with beautiful views from all decks! Beds are comfortable! Our group found this house to have plenty to do! The ladder at the dock was great for my 74 year old mother with double knee replacement (she could actually get in and out of the lake with ease)! This is definitely a winner! Thank you Todd and Cynthia for sharing your home!

Beautiful home, well maintained amenities as advertised, but what was not revealed is a very steep driveway , at least 35 degree drop, tough to turn around so you must back down. Fall off on one side and a stone wall on the other. Somewhere between 72 - 80 steps to get down to boat dock, not for people with knee issues. Concrete drive could be used, but no golf cart, so it's a tough walk up and down.

We loved it!

This is our 3rd time staying on Norris Lake. A few years ago we stayed just 4 houses down and this house, by FAR, is much better! The location is great, we had lots of area to swim in and not be bothered by jet skis or boats. The amenities here were awesome! There were 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. There is also a float that is tied to the dock that we loved using! Todd and Cindy were just a phone call away. We had an issue with one of the toilets and they sent someone right away to fix it. I just have a few FYIs; 1)I would back down the driveway. It’s much easier that way. 2) There aren’t many dish towels or dish rags to help with dishes so I would just bring along a couple extra sets from home. 3) the grocery isn’t too far away so you really don’t need to bring all of your food along with you. We had a fabulous time!!

Great Location

Amenities and location on quiet cove were fantastic. Close to marina for easy rental access and delivery. We had 16 people from age 1 to 88 and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room to spread out and we appreciated the game room, kayaks, ice machine, fire pit, dock and layout of the home. Negatives were the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathrooms, bedding, and towels. We ended up scrubbing the stove to get all the grease and leftover food off of it. Silverware drawer hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Oven still had leftover burnt fries and grease in it. We didn't take vacation time to clean it. Bed sheets were left on beds to make yourself. Some had ants on them and others had stains. Some towels were falling apart and washclothes were basically see through. Bathrooom drawers had not been checked after previous renter and contained toiletries and medicine. Renters should also be aware that there is a large driveway but it has a very steep slope. We were also accused by a neighbor of ruining the side of the house with our smoker when he/she sent the owners a picture of a shadow on the side of the wall. This situation could have been handled in a more professional manner by the host. It is a beautiful home but owners should invest in a better cleaning company.
