The house was great and location perfect for a beach vacation. Everything in the house was clean and modern with plenty of space for a large group. The location right next to the beach with private access was very helpful and made the days a lot easier and more enjoyable. Communication with the rental team was easy and they were always very helpful and polite.

We had a great stay! The house was very up-to-date and super clean. The pool also felt very well kept and not grimy like some do. We booked very last minute due to Hatteras island suddenly being inaccessible but you wouldn’t have thought so as we had access codes timely etc. We typically stay at houses right on the actual water, and while this one technically isn’t, you really couldn’t tell the difference- still good ocean views. We were able to bring our 2 dogs, both approaching 10 and 11 years old, so the elevator was a lifesaver as stairs are getting tougher for them. I would absolutely love to stay here again, it was prob the best place we’ve rented so far since we started doing annual trips a few years back. Thanks again!

OBX Get Away

We had a great time with our grandkids enjoying the beach, all the different National parks, local food (fresh seafood was great) and just relaxing at the house.

The house was very nice. Excellent location. Easy access to the beach. Pretty central to attractions and Resturants. Would definitely stay there again.

Sea Duced Getaway

The Sea Duced property is a great location and had spacious accommodations for our family including grandchildren. Communications with property management was very good. We would not hesitate to return again.

A great view , location and space

This property has the best view w/ out directly being on the beach -very short walk to beach and a quaint shop across the street -kitchen is modern and has what u need - beds comfy and the downstairs game room was perfect - 2 refrigerator in kitchen and 2 dishwashers a huge plus !! Ice machine and refrigerator in lower level was great. Definitely recommend getting this one !!

Family Christmas

We loved staying at Sea-duced this year for our family Christmas. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. The whole family could all sit down to eat at one time. Also, a great “jumping off point” for adventures. Only two very minor issues…there were no directions explaining how things like the TVs worked and thought the elevator went down to parking level.

Perfect Location

The house was in great shape and being on the beach in twenty seconds after walking out the door can't be beat. Beautiful sunrise and ocean views from the living room! Our only complaint is that several of the bathrooms had no toilet paper when we arrived. The check-in message says bring extra, but I would expect it to be stocked when arriving. Everything else was exceptional and we would definitely stay again!

Superb with some minor flaws

The house is great! Spacious, aesthetically pleasing inside and outside. Just a few steps to the beach and a few minutes drive to anything. Would have given it 5 stars but...there was feces in the backyard, the balcony screens would come off the runners, the floors looked clean until you looked at the bottom of your feet and the pool was not heated even though we paid an additional $ for 2 nights. The pool guy came by the morning of check out and told us the heater was not working due to a lack of water in the pool.

Beyond Our Expectations!

Vrbo Review for Sea Duced House Our stay at Sea Duced was absolutely amazing! The house exceeded all of our expectations in every way. The bedrooms were spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was a dream—fully equipped with two dishwashers, two full-size refrigerators, and plenty of cookware and utensils, perfect for preparing meals for a large group. The third-floor view was absolutely stunning—honestly even better than the pictures online. The game options were a huge hit with everyone, including pool, shuffleboard, foosball, and a great selection of board games. Every room had its own TV, which was a nice bonus for unwinding at the end of the day. The location couldn’t have been better. We were just a short walk to the Red Drum restaurant, which was fantastic, and the beach access was incredibly easy. To top it all off, the property management team was excellent—quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend Sea Duced to anyone looking for a perfect vacation home, and we can’t wait to come back!
