Great condi

Had a great stay in the lake condo. Even though we were there on a holiday weekend, it didn’t seem too crowded and it was clean and quiet. Really enjoyed the porch overlooking the boat docks. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and location was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our oldest son, wife and 2 teenage boys stayed. We own unit on top level and needed extra room over the holiday. Bottom unit is very nice to have close to boat.

This property was BEAUTIFUL! the scenery was just breathtaking being so close to the lake was so convenient! We had an amazing time and would deff go back again! I would recommend 10/10 ! The pool selection awsome! Location is so close to everything also!

Incredible spot

Incredibly clean and well managed condo. The on site indoor pool and hot tubs were inop during our stay. However, still awesome location, and the neighborhood was well mannered and clean! Will absolutely book here again!

Great Getaway Place

Nicely remodeled and perfect for our long weekend getaway! Short drive to nearby restaurants & other attractions and we also enjoyed grilling and dining on the deck that was right along the water. Everything was clean & in working order. Owner communicated everything we needed to know in advance for access to property and check-out procedures. Would highly recommend!

Stay in the Ozarsk

The property was very well maintained. The condo was excellent. The only problem I encountered was I did not know they had steps up and down and carrying luggage, coolers, etc. was a little difficult, but I managed. I will stay there again someday.

Great location. Had read some of the reviews prior so knew there were quite a few stairs to get down to the unit. Pool was clean. I had also read a review from last year about the bedding being dirty. Unfortunately, our bedding was also dirty. Random hairs. Mattress pad on the pull out

Ashley, thanks for your review! We love the location and this is a cute one-bedroom unit. In the future if you ever find anything that is not right, i.e. a few hairs on the mattress pad (or anything else), please just give us a call and we can take care of that. Our number is in the contract, in our digital welcome book, in the confirmation you received, in the text you were sent when you arrived along with your keyless entry code, on the refrigerator magnet and on the pink acrylic stand on the kitchen counter. We try to make contacting us as easy as possible. During the summer we are in the office seven days per week and in the off-season we are in the office Monday through Friday and on weekends and after-hours we have another number (also posted in the aforementioned locations) to contact us as well. Hope to see you in the future and glad you had a good stay!

Nice Condo

We needed a comfortable place to stay with a kitchen and a pool, and this place hit the spot. Plenty of room for our group of 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent communication for check in. This condo is on the base level, so you must go down stairs to reach it. It has a nice small outdoor patio. If you have a boat it’s right on the level to the boat slips in their marina. It’s in easy driving distance to anything you need or want to do in town.

We loved this place! Convenient with a nice dock for our boat and pool that overlooked the lake. The only negative I can give is the king size mattress was not great. Will be doctoring my neck and back tonight. The other suggestion I would have is to put a small trash an in each bathroom as this is necessary👍

Loved the place, quiet area with good lake access. You need to inform future guests of the 44 stairs they have to face. Kinda hard for older folks like us. There also was NO can opener in the unit. Had to make some meal adjustments but it all worked out. We will definitely be back.

Hi Jim - Thank you for the great review! We are glad you loved the place and location. Our apologies for not making the number of stairs clear in the listing. We did have the number of stairs readily available for those that asked about them, but we have now included it in the listing description here on VRBO as well. As for the can opener, we weren't aware there wasn't one there, so we apologize about that; maybe a previous guest broke it and threw it away without letting us know. We have since put a replacement in the unit for future guests. In the future, if you have any issues like that, feel free to give our office a call and we can could run one out to you. Total Steps

The condo was very nice, once we were in it. It was spacious and clean. However, we were told that there were 2 steps up and 16 steps down from the parking lot to the door of the condo. There were TWO sets of two steps up and 16 steps down. A total of 36 steps from the parking lot to the condo door. The reason I asked is because I have knee problems and if I knew there were 36 steps, we would not have booked this unit. It was quite a challenge.

Short Stay

The check in process was easy and all information was given to us ahead of time. However, upon arrival there was evident dust in the condo and a dead spider with spider webs in the shower. The shower also had very little water pressure. The kitchen was missing utensils which made it hard to cook in. The bedding had a stain on it which was covered by a throw blanket and the sheets were filthy. There was hair and crumbs at the foot of the bed under the comforter. The dryer also does not work either. Overall the stay was fine for my boyfriend and I as we had 3 other condos to go to for necessary items. This place is fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower, but it could have been cleaner.

Hannah, thanks for your review! We go to great lengths to ensure that our properties are clean and ready for our guests. However, we are human and do make mistakes. We will check on the water pressure issue. Since we don't stay or shower in the unit we do rely on guests to report any issues they find, so we appreciate you letting us know. We will also inventory the kitchen to ensure that there are plenty of utensils as well. The dryer (which we told you about prior to arrival was not working and we took extra towels for your stay) is being replaced with a new washer/dryer in the near future. If you stay with us again please call us during your stay and we will be glad to correct anything that we may have overlooked. Our number is posted on the refrigerator magnet and on the pink stand on the counter with instructions on what to do if you have any maintenance or housekeeping issues. This was a great unit! The only drawback I can even think of was that we were hoping to have a view of the main channel of the lake but were right in front of Dock 5 so could only see the other docks at lake level. But we sure enjoyed sitting out on the porch and people-watching!I would definitely rent this unit again! Stairs were a little hard to navigate for my husband who has dementia but we were informed about them ahead of time so that's on me. They were sturdy and had handrails. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was very clean and well kept. No maintenance issues at all. The unit stayed cool even with the AC turned off.

Perfect spot for a long weekend

The condo was great! Clean and even stocked with some basic items for the pool, tennis, basketball, cooking. It was very comfy and perfect for two people.
