A fab complex to stay with children
Property was clean, super comfy beds with great bedding. Ceiling fans were helpful, no need to use the a/c. We used the little pool and tennis court whilst there, which was great for the kids. Recently refurnished we had read as recently refurbished, this doesn't take away from the property but be sure on your expectations. Useful free bus runs on the road outside to take you down to the beach and Hastings St - as it is a good 30min walk there.
The grounds of the property needed a really good clean up but a new contractor has started when we were there and we saw a definite improvement.
No dishwasher in the kitchen and no drainer, so when washing up plates it was tricky as nowhere to put anything!
The only downside was the road, it is right on the road - as a lot of properties are - but it was so noisy. We couldn't open the doors in the Living Room or master bedroom as all you could hear was a constant hum of traffic. This also stopped us from using the outdoor bbq and terrace area.
The walls between properties are no sound proofed, so you can hear everything from your neighbours!
We did have a great time, loved Noosa. Thank you for having us.

This 2 bedroom townhouse is situated in a very private position of the complex surrounded by lush tropical gardens. It features it's own gated courtyard giving access onto Noosa Parade. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom/laundry, full kitchen, living room, dining and its carport attached to the unit. It's been newly refurnished and nothing was spared all high quality furnishings and decor. Features a large TV, unlimited wifi throughout the property. You will be kept cool in all areas of the townhouse with split system air conditioners in both bedrooms and living area as well as ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of cupboard space. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, large cupboards and built in desk. Bedroom 2 is very spacious with 2 single beds and cupboard space, large window overlooking the grass reserve. Bathroom has a large shower, toilet and bench top with washing machine and dryer. Park in the carport and just walk everywhere.
