We are always looking for ways to improve our services and appreciate the opportunity to improve. We are sorry to hear the hot tub maintenance person disrupted your stay. Because the hot tub sits on the second-floor deck off the primary suite, the technicians do have to enter through the home, but they must always give notice. Health and safety standards matter, and we’re sorry they showed up unannounced. We’ve already corrected this with their team. The note on the blinds is appreciated. The home doesn’t have blackout treatments, and the sun in July in Park City is intense and prolonged. Even so, we’re reviewing better options for guests who prefer a darker room. Wi-Fi in the mountains can be spotty, particularly during popular times of year (like Pioneer Day when you came), but the connection should still be consistent (even if a bit slower). We pushed this challenge to our provider to improve reliability. Thank you again for being our guest at The Frostwood at Juniper Landing and for the straightforward feedback — it really helps to improve the experience for future guests.
